I registered on this scam site and made 11 bets, I lost $600 and while I was losing they had no complaints against me. But when I won 279 dollars, they asked me for verification. I have been undergoing verification for 2 months now and they are constantly requesting new documents from me. They just don't want to give me my money and are deliberately stalling, even though I lost $600 on their website and won only $279. Do not play with these scammers, they absolutely do not pay money. They don't want to confirm my address, I sent them 2 bank statements, an internet bill, a water bill, a gas bill, an electricity bill. But they are constantly demanding new documents. I'm tired of waiting for my money

That is pretty much a very unpleasant experience. Well, based on your account history, you are quite familiar with the complaint process - so, would you care to submit another complaint? After more than two months of verification, it sounds like a good call. It seems you only bet on sports; however, if the issue is related to the KYC or general casino rules, I guess we can try to help.
