Hello, I guess the players may give us some tips. I spot just one player mentioning the VPN though.
Or you can ask the data team—remember?

I read the rules and VPN is prohibited there, in the reviews people write that they use VPN, I wonder?
As I said, only one person mentioned VPN. I did not see anyone else. But still, good thinking. 🙂
there are two last reviews, both write compatible with vpn, I reread the rules there vpn is prohibited, asked support, support wrote that it is worth rereading their rules. I think the last two reviews were written for a fee
I understand the whole time, but basically one is just a single mention a 3 months ago and the second one 5 months ago. So, there is not much we can find out unless we come across a chat or group where such offers are being proposed. However, I'll get the matter checked. My colleague Romi loves investigating; perhaps we dig something out.
In any case, thanks!
Hey. Thank you for your cooperation and an "eagle eye" on this.
Radka informed me about the situation, and I investigated it right away because I really love it, as Radka said, and also because I don't like if the genuineness and fairness within the user reviews get lost.
We always aim for this, and that is why I asked the casino's live chat directly about everything. To my questions, I actually never got any answers, as they only reply with some genuine messages, and there is no way you can contact them by email either, so I took the opportunity to contact those users who wrote their user reviews and asked for some help from them.
As for now the user reviews were taken down until we get some more information from the above-mentioned users regarding their reviews.
Let me tell you, though, it really gets more and more difficult to keep track of the genuine reviews, and believe you me, we give to it our everything.
So, thank you again for your cooperation, and we will stay tuned to see the outcome of all this.
you pay most attention to negative reviews and don't let them through, when positive ones are approved almost with your eyes closed. reconsider this point on your forum, because most often negative comments are written by the soul of a person, and positive ones are often written for a reward, because if a person finds a good casino, he may not leave comments, but he will definitely write if he is offended
I have to disagree on this with you, really.
You can't even imagine how we go through the positive ones, especially lately.
It is really hard now to detect which are written by real players, you know. Sometimes it gives me a headache, to tell you the truth, because I don't want any of the fake ones, as I could call them, to slip between my fingers.
Hi everyone,
I’m a UK player with a Platinum Level 4 account at Dimebit who has a 25,000 CAD withdrawal pending for several days (much longer than usual). My current balance is over 95,000 CAD (~$72k USD).
Key details:
• KYC was submitted earlier and fully approved — I was told I could continue playing and withdrawing.
• I have screenshots of the withdrawal limit policy they sent ( €5k or €10k per month depending on balance vs deposits).
• Support (Emily D and others) keeps giving generic replies: "finance team is reviewing", "sent to provider, awaiting response", etc. No specific provider name, no timeline, no escalation to VIP/senior team despite multiple requests.
• I have Platinum LV4 status and full chat logs showing the back-and-forth.
I’ve escalated via live chat multiple times and plan to contact them again today. Has anyone else experienced long delays with large withdrawals at Dimebit recently? Especially high-tier players?
Any advice on next steps would be appreciated. I’ll update this thread with any progress.
Hello, I checked the system, and there have been only two user reviews thus far, so not much to work with. Posts in this specific thread are also a bit older, and your complaint is the first of its kind submitted against this casino; therefore, I guess we have to wait for the casino to conclude the investigation and tell us whether the outcome is positive or not.
I imagine it's frustrating, but even the complaint is based on what the casino is going to do next. Maybe it's just a matter of time until finance approves the transactions and everything will be fine.
