Deposit problems at Jet Casino

I've been having problems making a deposit at JetCasino for about 2-3 hours.

No matter which method I choose, the window to complete the deposit does not pop up.

Have tested everything on different devices, via WiFi via mobile data, unfortunately all unsuccessful.

Does anyone have similar problems?

No, I've already made some. My account is also fully verified

I have the same problem with other casinos in the same group (SOL).

In other casinos from other providers I can deposit without any problems and the window to complete the deposit also pops up.

So I would rule out that it's my fault.

If someone reads this and also plays there, please give feedback.

I would definitely ask the casino about this, to me it seems that due to the very complex local law, the casino's payment provider may have some issues with payments in Germany. I'm just guessing, so let me know what did the casino say about this problem, please.

there were apparently real problems with the provider "Sofort".

The casino has now deactivated this payment option for the time being.

so the Sofort is in trouble, I can imagine that lots of German players will be quite sad about that.

Yes I have now deposited with Myfinity.

Funny info: With Myfinity, I was able to top up my e-wallet with Sofort without any problems.

I was also able to make deposits in other casinos that offer Sofort.

So it seems to be a problem at the Jet Casino at the moment. But there are plenty of other deposit options, so it fits.

that's interesting, so my previous post about Sofort being in trouble is not actually valid it seems 🙂.

That's also good, I'd say because as far as I remember it's a quite popular payment method, though.
