Delayed payment of sportaza

I would like to ask if anyone is in the same situation as me on sportaza.com.

I have a withdrawal pending for 6 working days, withdrawal made on 18/10/2021, today is 26/10 and still nothing, always withdrawal pending.

I have contacted support several times, but they always reply that it takes 3-5 working days to process the payments.

now it's been 6 days but nothing.

It is a truly unacceptable situation, I am really afraid I have lost 1200 euros that I have on my account, can someone help me to solve it ???

Hi, 6 days still isn't too long waiting time even though I understand you'd get your winnings as soon as possible. Sportaza should be a decent casino according to our website, so I'd give them a bit more time.

now I have to wait to see the transfer with my own eyes.

Alright, if it was really process, you should certainly receive the winnings by the end of next week (probably earlier).

I think that it is quite normal that the player is allowed to cancel the withdrawals, it's a standard.

I just thinking about how you know for sure, that the withdrawals are delayed on purpose.
