Hello. Can someone explain to me why you can't claim a bonus when you deposit with Skrill? I think Skrill is one of the best payment systems.

Hi, have you tried asking the casino why this is not possible? I admit I haven't heard of many cases like this and I don't see why it would depend on the payment method that you wouldn't withdraw the bonus. 

Try asking the casino and see what they tell you. 

I made withdrawals at this casino without any problems.

The casino website has been closed.In October I waited 2 weeks for them to ask for my documents.

In November I sent them everything they asked for.It's been 7 days and no one is responding to emails.
