Hi jaroslav, thanks for asking about.
I deposited at the start of June so it's been over 3 weeks now since I made a small win and tried to withdraw.
After a bit of delay with the original withdrawal (iirc 3 working days) it was rejected due to needing the verification documents. I had actually tried to pre empt by uploading my driving license but didn't seem like this was ever acknowledged or taken into account.
You need to upload documents on the website directly.
I was given a fairly hefty list of documents which was a bit of a red flag tbh. One of the 4 things asked for was a copy of the front and back of the bank card with some numbers covered.
I immediately uploaded all these things.
All the time it was showing as in review on the website.
After 3 working days I was told they were having difficult sending the money back to my bank card but I could try bank transfer.
Nothing was said about my documents.
I tried the bank transfer and after I think 4 working days I was told to submit a different list of documents.
Logging in there was nothing about my documents being in review, it simply looked like they weren't uploaded.
Zero communication or explanation.
Live chat friendly but simply give generic responses such as refer to the email or there could be a variety of reasons the documents were rejected.
I don't think it's unfair to call a scam a scam.
Looking hear it's clear my case isn't an outlier.
So yes I then said if you can't explain what happened to all the documents that I sent in, or what was wrong with them, or why you are now asking for a different list, then I will just report you to my bank for services not received/ possible scam. Not sure if that is a charge back (I didn't pay by credit card by debt) but hope so if it means they can't keep hold of my deposit.
I did try to write a review here as well (have always written elsewhere to start).
I see it's been rejected.... Any chance I could resubmit or since I've initiated a 'charge back' is it not possible?
At least I can comment here though to make others aware.
I'm from the UK btw. ... They did accept players from the UK but don't seem to display the license on their site.
Really strange behaviour and clearly it's not very serious or don't want or expect me to return.
Pretty disgusted hearing those above who were scammed out of large sums. But a bit more understandable than trying to get out of paying a few hundred.
