6 weeks going back and forth and not fully verified. I had $35k winnings at one point. I think if you have a decent amount of winnings they will make it harder to aviod paying you out. I played it back and will never deposit there again. Scammers ghosted me in the end and just never verified me

Yes I can confirm, I received the first transfer about 24h after creating the transaction. And then the next transfers failed. Then I am now trying to do a bank transfer instead of card transfer. I'm still waiting. And it takes way longer to get approved or cleared. Definitely not putting any more money into this site.

I gave up too, I have played the remaining amount won because I didn't care at this stage, and getting back my initial investment. I only got 1 payment so far, 2 declined and trying by bank transfer now. It's really painful.

I had i think 16 rejected or declined payments. The stress of it was taking a toll on me i played it back and will never revisit that site. I kept getting huge wins, like it was a fake site so not suprised about it all tbh. Lesson learnt & will always read up about a casino and its reviews before playing. Atleast you go what you deposited back

I've been waiting for verification for a month, sending and resending documents, canceled withdrawals, they say to wait for the confirmation email for verification but I haven't received anything, you always talk to boot you never talk to real people. This site is a scam they don't pay out winnings they don't have real customer service

It's been a month since verification, and every player who's joined recently has had the same problem. Please, at least you shouldn't give up, and open a complaint using this link. We'll do our best to help, and if the casino ignores the issue and fails to resolve it, its safety rating will be lowered.

Try this one.

If it won't work, simply, go to the complaints on the top of our site and open one.

I received a payment of €500 but I see that they're making a fuss about the second one again...

Great, so that’s more positive. I think you probably have a rough idea of what to expect when withdrawing money, so I’d probably prepare for anything.

Has anyone got any further details on this ? I’ve got like 8k with them and they’re doing the same thing. Running through hoops and having withdrawals cancelled and more info being asked every time. I’ve been playing for a month and only have one withdrawal which was hard enough. Since then it’s been even more issues. Am I going to get this money or not ? I won’t be playing or depositing obviously

Seems to be a rogue casino basically. Deposited £50 twice (weirdly they both show as to different merchants).

3 working days wait then asked for long list of documents.

Another at least 3 days go by then told they were having issues paying back to my card but I was welcome to try bank transfer. Said I could wait whilst they investigate.

Realized they weren't really doing anything so might as well try bank transfer.

Another 3 days wait and sent another email about verification/ documents.

Nothing about why or what was wrong with the original ones.

Interestingly the list was different and this time they required a bank statement showing the transactions (assume then they would reject again as they seem to use 3rd party payment processors, that show as different merchants).

No replies from payment team and live support say they can't help other than to refer to email.

It's not a lot of money compared to some but pretty irate all the same. My bank are involved now so should at least mean they can't keep my deposit.

All over £200 of winnings.

Plan to make a noise about with the licensee and I believe they have many different domains.

The one I signed up to was https://daytonaspin7.com/en

Originally had clicked on an old casino and been redirected.. My bad.

Will try to write a review as well here.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

Could you please let me know why your withdrawals are being canceled? Has the casino given you any specific reason for this?

Also, what additional information or documents have they asked you to provide each time?

Finally, how long have you been dealing with these withdrawal issues?

Once I have this information, I'll be able to better understand your situation and advise you on the next steps.

Hi,

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been facing.

Could you please let me know how long you've been waiting for your withdrawal in total?

Also, what is the current status of your verification? Have you successfully passed the verification process, or is your account still awaiting approval?

You also mentioned that your bank is now involved. Does that mean you've already contacted them to initiate a chargeback?

Hi jaroslav, thanks for asking about.

I deposited at the start of June so it's been over 3 weeks now since I made a small win and tried to withdraw.

After a bit of delay with the original withdrawal (iirc 3 working days) it was rejected due to needing the verification documents. I had actually tried to pre empt by uploading my driving license but didn't seem like this was ever acknowledged or taken into account.

You need to upload documents on the website directly.

I was given a fairly hefty list of documents which was a bit of a red flag tbh. One of the 4 things asked for was a copy of the front and back of the bank card with some numbers covered.

I immediately uploaded all these things.

All the time it was showing as in review on the website.

After 3 working days I was told they were having difficult sending the money back to my bank card but I could try bank transfer.

Nothing was said about my documents.

I tried the bank transfer and after I think 4 working days I was told to submit a different list of documents.

Logging in there was nothing about my documents being in review, it simply looked like they weren't uploaded.

Zero communication or explanation.

Live chat friendly but simply give generic responses such as refer to the email or there could be a variety of reasons the documents were rejected.

I don't think it's unfair to call a scam a scam.

Looking hear it's clear my case isn't an outlier.

So yes I then said if you can't explain what happened to all the documents that I sent in, or what was wrong with them, or why you are now asking for a different list, then I will just report you to my bank for services not received/ possible scam. Not sure if that is a charge back (I didn't pay by credit card by debt) but hope so if it means they can't keep hold of my deposit.

I did try to write a review here as well (have always written elsewhere to start).

I see it's been rejected.... Any chance I could resubmit or since I've initiated a 'charge back' is it not possible?

At least I can comment here though to make others aware.

I'm from the UK btw. ... They did accept players from the UK but don't seem to display the license on their site.

Really strange behaviour and clearly it's not very serious or don't want or expect me to return.

Pretty disgusted hearing those above who were scammed out of large sums. But a bit more understandable than trying to get out of paying a few hundred.

I understand your frustration, and based on what you've described, I can see why you feel this way. The lack of communication about your documents is particularly concerning. If the casino rejected them or needed something else, they should have clearly explained why instead of simply asking you to upload a different set of documents.

I also noticed that this casino has a rather low Safety Index in our database, and judging by the recent posts from other players, it seems that several people are experiencing similar issues. So I can understand why you've lost confidence in them.

Regarding the chargeback, I would generally recommend trying to resolve the issue through our complaint process before contacting your bank. The reason is that once a chargeback is initiated, our complaint team is usually no longer able to assist with the case. If both the complaint and the chargeback were to succeed, it could create unnecessary complications, so it's always better to exhaust the complaint process first and only consider a chargeback if no other solution is possible.

As for your user review, I saw that it was rejected because it was linked to your rejected complaint. Unfortunately, that's why it couldn't be published.

I really hope you're still able to recover your funds, whether through your bank or another route. Please keep us updated on how your case develops.

Thanks Jaroslav, yes pretty much screams scam casino to me, especially after reading the above. Thankfully didn't win a lot, hence rather than waste time playing their silly games I'll just make sure I get my initial deposit back.

I gave plenty of opportunity to respond, and warning that I'll notify my bank. The -incredibly polite- live support just said to refer to the email and unfortunately they didn't know why my original documents were not accepted. I asked multiple times for acknowledgement, and then explanation, but nothing.

When I mentioned 'charge back' and negative reviews the friendly support tried to escalate but all they could do was ask for the documents again. I copied my reply to the security team - support emailed back saying they could see I had copied them in but best to email direct. Replied (copying in security) saying thanks I may try but not sure I can be bothered at this point (but happy to keep writing reviews etc.). They asked if I could therefore wait for a reply from the security department directly.

Incredibly poor although the only positive is the very friendly polite front facing service. Pretty moot if basically it's one team 🤣 and they are the same company, and effectively all in cahoots scamming you.

Btw I went onto live chat after the 'chargeback', explaining technically they only owed me £200 rather then the £200 asking what they wanted to do i.e. close my account etc. This was when they escalated to the senior customer support (which seem friendly but effectively can't do anything other than refer me to the Illusive payments/ security department).

Strange that live chat is almost instant and the escalation very quick, but payment/ security take 3+ working days for them to decide to respond (well robotically reject!).

They give up to 3 business days to get the withdrawal processed. It’s always over that and then they cancel it and ask for more info. I’ve given literally every bit of info I can. They tell you to email but once you do, no reply. They also say it’s due to increased workload which is rubbish too.

it’s now almost 3 weeks since I initially requested and it’s been rejected again and again.

Withdrawals just been cancelled again, and more information has been requested. Despite already uploading this exact info twice.

Hi,

I am also having the same issue. I have submitted the required documents several times always rejected. I even highlighted the deposit that they wanted proof for on my statement. My status is still on verifying and this has been going on for about 3 weeks and my previous withdrawls were cancelled at least 4 times and they keep asking for the same documents which I keep uploading.
