I was betting on sports in this casino. After that I decided to withdraw my funds. My account was blocked and I was asked to pass KYC. I provided all the necessary documents and passed KYC. For 2 months they just told me to wait.. I waited and in the end they told me that my behavior during betting was suspicious and they will not give me my funds.

I sent photos of passports (domestic and foreign), two bank statements, a video with face identification and a repetition of the text that they requested. They responded for more than a week, in the end they wrote that the account was canceled and there would be no further correspondence. The deposit was $ 400, screenshots of the deposits were also provided to the mail of these scammers. But most of all, I am worried about the fact that my data, photos of documents and a video recording ended up with these dubious people and now I am afraid that they can use them in their fraudulent schemes. I do not recommend contacting this office, you will be left without money 100%.

Hello, please dont use this casino, they are scamming.

As you can see on the image i attached, i deposited and withdraw the first time and everything went smoth and nice. But now, after losing +-300 bucks, i own 300 and when i try to withdraw them, they just hold my withdraw saying it need to security check, they dont explain why, how much time the process will take, just ignore my questions and leave me without an answer. None of this is explict on the terms of service, straight scammer behavior.

I forgot to write this, i depositted from swapped and withdraw to binance in all my deposits and withdraws. Never used an unverified wallet. All my bets where on live casino from Evolution Gaming. Non sense secutiry check

I guess it would be best to consult that with the game provider. 11 consecutive losses are, in my opinion, quite common. It could be even worse, as far as I can personally say. On the other hand, we are talking about a casino with a lower Safety Index and with no license; no wonder it is unconvincing.
