Has this happend to others? Is this a patern for crazywins or their support guys?i would just expect with all the scams out there going on that crazywins would be a little more empathetic to its customers.. I have no experience with bitcoin or crypto

Hey, it would probably be a good idea to describe what happened to you in the casino. Is it something to do with withdrawals and therefore crypto that you mention?

Try to say a bit more.

Thank you yes it was with deposit and withdraw and customer support. They blocked me from being able to contact customer support. I was told I could withdraw after 100 deposit I deposit 150 still no withdraw the I was told I needed to deposit 200 and then I could withdraw but befor I could confirm with customer service they shut down the casino. This was a little bit of money to I won 47,490 usdollars now they have skipped out in me.

Hello.

When I was trying to learn something more on their website, I ended up quite shocked upon receiving this:

If my understanding of the situation is correct, you have some money stacked there, and the casino seemed to disappear, which is far from a completely fair approach. However, our complaint refers to the site as "Crazywins.life" or "Crazywins.vip," implying a VIP or private room setting. I would like to resolve this mystery, and I hope you can help me with that.

Have you ever registered at something like "https://www.crazywin.xx"? (The actual domain is .ph, but as I showed it now appears to be only available for Philippines.)

Does this logo seem familiar, please?

Thank you in advance for details. I hope you haven't fallen victim to a fake site.

No that's not the logo that was present when I registered hfilere is just a couple screenshots of the item I registered with .crazywins.life then the shut the site down and it was back up in 10 minutes with crazywins.vip

But my login still worked because I was login in like right away.Must of been at the same time as they were loading up the new name .my account flashed across the screen then it was gone I went into customer support and the guy Oliver who shimut me out to begin with comes on and was all cheers and happy my go lucky .then I said who I was and Sai thats right Oliver that guy.he would nit respond .I had to take a call and wen that was over I went back to the new site but my cradintials wouldn't grant me access .then I would get an email from crazywins.vip saying if I was having trouble login then click here for the manager .but the manager never came back and I was shut out permanently .so far.

Hello,

I recognize the logo—it is the very same as what I recall from spammers who have been flooding forums and socials. Those are not casinos at all; see an example:
