Cloudbet blocked for 6 months

Cloudbet blocked my account for 6 months, I have 10 thousand euros there and they don't want to pay my money, can you help me

Oh, that's unpleasant. I see from the screenshot that your bets are to be investigated during this time. Do you know what you did when the casino blocked your account and why they are investigating you? Does your case concern sports betting ? Let me know.  

That sports betting is being investigated by the sources of the verification documents I sent them and after that they sent me this message that the account is closed for up to 6 months

I understand and in this case I asked about sports betting because we do not deal with it because we do not have experts in this field and therefore we would not be able to evaluate similar problems objectively.
