If you want to discuss anything related to Cleobetra Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
I would like to share my experience with this Cleobetra Casino.
I once won approximately €50,000, but my withdrawal was blocked for about 10 days. During this time, I wrote many emails repeatedly requesting that my account be permanently closed because I had a gambling problem.
Nevertheless, my account wasn't closed immediately. Instead, I continued to receive messages that indirectly motivated me to keep playing and deposit more money.
My request to have my account blocked was not properly respected for a long time. And even now I am requesting that my account be closed.
I'm not writing this to offend anyone, but so that other players are careful and know how to handle such situations.
Thank you.
Hey, that’s quite a situation. So you’re saying you want to close your account because of a gambling problem, and that’s what you told the casino, right? How long has it been since you asked them to close it? Have you sent them emails and asked about it in live chat?
Yes, exactly.
I repeatedly requested that my account be permanently closed due to my gambling problem. I sent emails and contacted live chat. Despite this, my account wasn't properly closed, and I was able to continue playing. Because of this, I trusted the casino – and in the end, I lost my entire life savings. This has severely impacted my life and my mental health.
And even though I reported all of this, my account is still open to this day.
Well, in that case, I would definitely recommend lodging a complaint with us.
You can find the link here, and you should definitely go that route. Casinos should also protect their players, and if someone says they have a gambling problem, it’s probably not just a passing phase, so it shouldn’t be taken lightly.
Let’s see what our team has to say about it.
Do you agree?
Yes, I agree.
Thank you for your support. I will be filing an official complaint and will include all emails and chat logs. I sincerely hope my case will be reviewed fairly, as I have informed the casino multiple times about my gambling problem and requested a permanent account suspension. Despite this, I was still able to gamble and lose money.
It arrived again today

Hello Pyrro,
Thank you so much for your message. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing so much stress and so many problems right now. I take your feedback very seriously and certainly don't want you to leave our games with a negative feeling.
Before I finally close your account, I'd like to make you an exclusive offer so that you might have some time to reconsider:
🎁 €300 EXTRA BONUS: I will immediately credit your account with a €300 bonus.
Turnover: To ensure you can access your profits quickly, a particularly low turnover of only 10 times (x10 Wager) applies here.
If you'd like to accept the offer and give it another chance, simply reply to this email. I'll then activate your credit immediately.
Should you still decide to close the account, please let me know briefly, and I will complete the process for you immediately.
Best regards,
Tom VIP Manager
These are exactly the kinds of emails a casino shouldn’t be sending if a player has already notified them of their problem multiple times. If you’d written to them for the first time and they’d sent you this, I’d understand, because every casino wants to keep its players. But if this is already a response to several emails, then personally, I don’t think that’s right, and the casino should have a better approach to players who have a gambling problem. I would definitely reply asking them to self-exclude me due to a gambling problem.
Thank you for your honest answer and your understanding.
That's precisely my problem. I've mentioned several times that I suffer from gambling addiction and can no longer control my gambling. Despite this, I continued to receive bonus offers even though I had already requested to be self-excluded.
For this reason, I have now officially filed a complaint against the casino.
Thank you again for your support and your honest opinion.
