Hello, I have now written to Cipherwins Casino several times asking them to close my account because I have a problem with gambling, but every message is ignored. I was then sent a personnel form that I am supposed to fill out with a ban, but on the form I can only ban myself for a maximum of 3 months, but I want to get out of the casino completely because I don't trust the casino and am just losing, there is no entertainment in this casino, for me it is an absolute fake casino.

Hello, I won €2000 and wanted to withdraw the money, but they rejected my request based on some terms and conditions. I asked for the reason stated in the terms and conditions, but received no answer. They only said they couldn't pay out the money due to a violation of the terms and conditions. I played normally, without any bonus money. I'm going to contact my lawyer, as I've read that I'm not the only one affected. This is fraud.

Hi,same issue with Cipherwins and Spinnycasino which is same company. I asked them several times to Self Exclude myself for good coz im just losing money all the time. I signed and sent the form that they emailed but they can only exclude me for a month which is ridiculous coz in gambling industry if someone wants to exclude for good for gambling issue the account should be closed as customer request.They are not following Responsible Gambling and they just wanna hook more gamblers by offering more bonuses.So beware people,dont signed up to this Cipherwins and Spinnycasino coz they wont let you close your account for good.
