Hello, don't understand your question. Would you care to elaborate, please? 🙂

The casino has a good reputation according to our website. There are also almost no complaints submitted against the casino so I wouldn't be afraid of playing there. Good luck!

Well I can tell you

with certainty that they have that rabbit game and it automatically changes the bet from time to time so I was playing $2 or $2.50 and before I knew it my $700 was down to $200 in minutes because the bet changed to $12.50on it’s on it’s a glitch call it what you want and if you win anything while your betting over $10 it’s null and voided and you would have to hit that button 5 times to go from $2 or $2.50 and it’s hard to change even when you want to but people not realizing this are throwing there money away and the casinos know it’s happening yet nobody fixed it I wonder why ? And it happened to me at two of there file sister properties my pictures are too large to download I’ll fix them

Hello there,

I guess you should ask the casino to check it, be prepared that it may take some time, because the casino may need to cooperate with the game provider.

Do you think you can try that?

Yes they said they will check it I forgot what that slot does so I told them it was was my fault for playing it and not remembering the glitch but anyway they said they would give it a complete check with the manufacturer thanks

Hello and thank you for your update, kindly let us know what the game provider and the casino find out.

Hi Radka here’s what they came up with and there’s other players it’s happened to who were playing at different online casinos including me and all I’m saying is you would have to hit the increase bet button unknowingly like 5 times to go from $2 to $12.50 and you have to whack it pretty hard too to change the bet after it happened to me a few times I became fully aware and look at my bet on every spin I asked to be self excluded for 10 years and my account has been closed I’ve attached there response file

I couldn’t find the attachment from the providers of the game 🤔

Hello Georgey1230,

I'm sorry, but in this case, I think that I can't add anything useful at the moment. The casino made some efforts to find the issue, but it did not work. Well, I'm just wondering whether the game provider statement tells the same, sadly you can't find it. 🙁

No worries I’ll ask him today again about the providers feedback I never received because it’s really important I won 23k once and they wouldn’t pay me because they said my bet was over $10 and it was like

three times maybe because I caught it right away and I understand your situation so let me check it’s a real issue I think for players to stay away from that game or keep a close eye or re enter every bet on every spin it will be worth it , I’ll let you know soon

Mark from the casino said this is the comment from the game provider

"'We tried to reproduce this behaviour in our testing casinos, however, we were not able to reproduce it. Also, we checked the games and we haven't found any irregular behavior on the bet. This could be related that the player changing the amount of the bet manually.'"

Hi, I know some casinos see it as a pretty big issue whenever a player bets over limit. On the other hand, I believe (and we also had some similar cases in past) that when you make just a few bets over the limit and you don't have any significant win from it (=you didn't get any advantage by breaking the max. bet rule), a good casino should treat you fairly, possibly reduce your winnings, but you should still be paid out.

I can also see that we basically don't have any complaints against Cherry Jackpot and they even earned our Fair Badge so if you don't manage to figure it out with them, you may try to submit a complaint on our website.
