Good step opening a complaint, especially if you wanted to withdraw your money and the casino added some kind of bonus to your account. That definitely doesn't sound right.

You said that you didn't request any bonus and didn't want one, correct? So it seems the casino may have added this bonus simply to require you to complete some wagering before allowing you to withdraw.

YES, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED AND IT WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I FELT LIKE I WAS TALKING TO A ROBOT. THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING ANY OF THE QUESTIONS. NOTHING THEY WERE SAYING WAS MAKING ANY SENSE. THEY WERE JUST TRYING TO PLAY DUMB AND I GOT SCAMMED OUT OF $200. I JUST WANT MY $20 DEPOSIT BACK. I HAVE ALREADY WARNED OVER 200 PLAYERS THAT ARE IN OUR VERIFICATION GROUP NOT TO PLAY WITH CHAN CASINO.

Sure, I understand. I've seen a situation like this before, although I have to admit it was quite a long time ago.
