Well, we believe you are not supposed to get deposits back unless the casino used your country against you by confiscating your balance. Which did not happen.

🚨 Title: I Lost €5,000 Due to Hidden "VIP Withdrawal Limits" at Malina Casino – Beware!
Introduction – My Experience
I registered on Malina Casino in early July 2025. I deposited funds, played responsibly, and shortly after, I hit a big win—€5,000 in one session. Naturally, I was thrilled and immediately proceeded to request a withdrawal.
The shocking surprise
Instead of a smooth withdrawal, I was informed (via email and live chat) that I could only withdraw €500 per day due to "VIP level restrictions." The casino staff directed me to article 6.11 in their general Terms & Conditions, which vaguely states that withdrawal limits depend on VIP status. That would be fine—if I ever knew about those limits.
Where they hid the catch
During registration, I was never informed of any withdrawal cap.
Their welcome email (which I have saved and can attach) contains no mention of limits, VIP tiers, or withdrawal schedule.
Their VIP webpage (and localized Croatian version) simply says "higher withdrawal limits for VIPs," without detailing what those limits actually are.
This lack of clarity is deeply misleading. How am I supposed to know, as a brand-new player, that I can’t withdraw a large win in one go?
Consequences of hidden rules
Believing I had been scammed, I continued playing out of stress and frustration. In just a few hours, I lost the full €5,000 I had won. It’s painful, but it happened because I felt helpless and trapped.
Their response – no accountability
When I raised this formally via email and live chat, support responded by quoting their T&C and saying "no refunds" if terms are violated. Yet, they never cited where I had violated anything. I simply didn’t know their rules and was not informed about them—that’s not my fault. They refused any compensation or acknowledgement of their own lack of transparency.
Regulator response – disappointing
I reported the issue to the Curaçao Gaming Authority. They replied that they don’t handle individual disputes but will review their operators’ compliance. While I appreciate that my complaint was recorded, it still leaves me without a remedy or compensation.
Warning to others
🔴 Malina Casino does NOT clearly disclose VIP withdrawal limits.
🔴 New players can be blindsided by limits only revealed after winning.
🔴 Support cites hidden rules and refuses compensation.
🔴 Regulators can investigate but cannot force refunds.
If you win big here, don’t expect to get your money fast. Your only hope is public pressure or self-negotiation—and even then, no guarantees.
What I want
Full disclosure: they should clearly state withdrawal limits before deposit or play.
Compensation: a gesture of goodwill or bonus given the psychological and financial damage I experienced.
I’ve posted this review to raise awareness and to push Malina Casino to be more transparent to future players.

Malina Casino staff—if you read this and want to resolve the situation fairly, I’m open to discussion.
Bottom line: My €5,000 could’ve been mine, but it vanished because of hidden rules and lack of transparency. If you’re considering Malina Casino, understand their VIP rules before you play—and don’t assume you can withdraw your full winnings immediately.
Unfortunately, as you said that you lost all your winnings, it is surely not the best experience for you.
But, please know that it is really important to check the terms before even playing at any online casino. There should always be stated what the withdrawal limit is, actually.
Also, if you look at the Malina Casino review on our website here, you will see that the daily limit is €500. 🤷♀️
Thank you for your message.
Yes, I understand the importance of reading the Terms & Conditions. However, my point is that MalinaCasino did not present the €500 withdrawal limit transparently to me as a player – especially as a VIP user who was encouraged to deposit and play more.
If a daily limit exists, it must be clearly and visibly presented before or during play, especially in promotional messages or in the VIP section. In my case, this was never shown or highlighted. Only after I lost €5,000 and asked for a refund did they mention clause 6.11 – buried in the fine print.
That is a clear violation of EU consumer transparency rules, and I have already:
Filed a complaint with ECC-Net Germany,
Submitted a case via the EU ODR platform,
Reported the incident to Curaçao eGaming and documented their response.
I appreciate your understanding, but please note this is not just about terms – it is about misleading or omitted information that affected my decisions as a consumer.
Best regards,
Nemanja Dragović
MalinaCasino limited my withdrawals to €500 after I lost over €5,000.
No clear information about this limit was provided at any point – not in the VIP promotions, not while playing, not in the withdrawal interface. Only after I filed a complaint did they point to hidden terms buried deep in their T&Cs.
They advertise big wins and VIP status, but when it’s time to withdraw, they suddenly apply restrictive conditions that were never transparently shown.
This platform is dishonest and misleading, and in my opinion, MalinaCasino operates like a fake casino – using predatory tactics to take advantage of players, especially high-spending ones.
I have filed official complaints with:
ECC-Net Germany (EU consumer protection)
The EU ODR platform
Curacao eGaming (licensing body)
Avoid this casino at all costs. It is not safe or fair.
Hello, I guess we all understand your frustration, but please, keep things related to this casino in one thread. 🙏
Thank you for your efforts, and I hope you will never find yourself in the same spot. Reading the rules should cover that. When it comes to VIP statuses and associated withdrawal limits, it is important to learn how the status is determined. Once you lose the status, the VIP withdrawal limits vanish too. Sometimes it is not very obvious, or the formula is not that obvious, so always ask for support if you struggle to understand the VIP system. That's currently the best approach I'm aware of,... 🙁
However, let us know how those bodies responded to your claims, please. This information could potentially assist us further.
Thanks.
Thank you for your reply.
I agree that it’s best to keep everything in one thread – and I’ll stick to that moving forward.
Regarding the VIP status – this is exactly where the main issue lies. Nowhere was it clearly stated that losing VIP status would automatically lower my withdrawal limits.
There was no mention of this in the promotions, nor did I receive any notification or warning about it.
Had I known that the limit would drop to €500, I obviously wouldn’t have risked depositing and playing with over €5,000. The casino allowed deposits and gameplay, but later imposed a payout restriction – without any transparent explanation at the time of the transaction.
That’s why I reached out to ECC-Net Germany, the ODR platform, and the relevant regulatory bodies, and I’ll wait for their response. If I hear anything new, I’ll gladly share it here – maybe it’ll help someone else as well.
Thank you very much for your understanding.
I agree those VIP statuses are, on one side, quite a powerful tool for attracting the players, yet as far as I could conclude, sometimes when it comes to clear rules or limitations, the situation is not that bright.
Of course no one would act against the VIP mechanics willingly just to lose the VIP status; I get that. All rules, conditions, and principles of how the rank is achieved and calculated should be clearly visible so the players can avoid this combination of bad experiences and misunderstandings. That's what I think.
In reality, though, your experience is sadly not that unique, I'd say.
Could you please share the updates you receive from the regulators and official bodies? I'd like to become more familiar with their point of view.
