If you want to discuss anything related to Casiroom Casino, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.

After reading review of another person here about an offshore casino and myself being a victim of exact same fraud with CASIROOM casino, I would like to warn punters not to use these websites. They take your bank details and attempt to misuse your accounts. They also ask for your passport, bank card front and back copy which no legit casino would do in order for you to withdraw your money when you are most vulnerable to have your money back. I have raised it with fraud team and really hope they get caught for cheating the users. Please do not use these sites such as Casiroom, they are fraudsters.

PS: they have €1000 of my winnings which they haven't refunded and I'm not even expecting it since I'm 100% certain they are a scam.

They use fake copies of games and operate without a license according to info in our review. Why did you play there? Are you blocked on Gamstop?

I didn't realise until I experienced it, no I'm not blocked on Gamstop but I preferred using my Credit card instead of debit thats why I chose that website but I repent it now and learned my lesson. I'm 100% convinced that they are fake and scam users. They tried to charge me many times without my consent so I would advise everyone not to use these websites. I made most of the winnings on match betting and some on casino and no withdrawal has been processed.

I think matched betting might be forbidden on certain websites, but it doesn't explain why they tried to charge your card multiple times. That really sounds like a dangerous behaviour.

Does anyone know how long it takes for withdrawal to hit account once accepted?

Hello,

Frankly, I would say that better asking about the probability of any payment instead of the period 😔.

Allow me to point out that:

I'm sorry but I would be surprised if you got paid.

Please, find yourself a decent casino with at least a Curacao license

I understand it’s not a regulated site but have won over 5k on casiroom have had 2 unsuccessful withdrawals due to "technical" issues now trying bit coin. Has anyone else had similar experience? How long does it take to hit account in bit coin etc - if it ever does ?

Hello,

I moved your post here to keep up with the topic.

Using the bitcoin transfer should be an instant payment, however, it may be prolonged when each side uses a different wallet. I'm not sure if this is your case, or what these technical issues mean.

The casino should explain I'd say.

I asked them to close my account permanently over a year ago. I explained I am an addict and desperate for them to close it. Every time they open it after 3 months and in a moment of madness I am back on the site. I have made over 20 attempts to withdraw but in a year only 2 were successful. Each failed withdrawal results in waiting another 2 days for the retry and then that results in me spending that money back on the site. They have had technical errors as the reason for not paying, also they blamed my card (the one i use to deposit) and they made me open a crypto account (which i never used in the end). This has cost me thousands and now after closing it again last night I have a email again saying they will re-open it in 3 months. As an addict I am registered with GAMSTOP but this site is not covered. I wish I had never signed up. It will take me 3 months to pay this debt off just like last time and the time before and the time before that.

I also notice they have changed their site now to Casiroom777 and the old site no longer works. Also, once you win and on the 2 occasions they paid me, it was impossible to win again after that even when you have spent the winnings 4 times over you will never get a bonus on a slot or a big win. I tried every game on their site.

Hello harding.

How about submitting a complaint? I find it rather curious that their responsible gambling tools are marked as "good", I believe that this is not the case anymore.

As a last resort option, I would change the password to a random combination and never save it. Sadly, I think that the recovery option can spoil the effect, but you can at least try it out.

I'd also like to mention the section carefully made for players with addiction, you can even find some sort of local help centers, so please, check it out.

What do you think about it?

If I complain what can they do? I have many emails (hundreds) complaining that they wont block me for good. They say they cant, yet they are clever enough to create software to fake games. Going back each time they have opened my account i have spent a lot of money. Then after it is closed it takes forever to pay it all off then they open it again and its just a circle of doom. I always win the first time, but they always make an excuse not to pay. When the payment is rejected (after 2 days) they ask me to try again. By 4 days I have usually spent the winnings as I cant deposit whilst I am waiting for a withdrawal (I learned that one too which mucked up a withdrawal). I just feel stupid and a laughing stock.

Well, if you complain you give the Complaint Team the chance to investigate how the casino handles such requests and advise the casino to do it better if needed. So obviously, if you do not complain by submitting the complaint, we can debate about it here on the forum, but technically everything would seem ok because there is no complaint to discuss with the casino. Well, the casino's actual reputation is very bad you should try anything to help you stop playing on such a site.

It's up to you of course.
