Buongiorno come consigliate di procedere su casinova, ho depositato senza richiesta di bonus, ho vinto una cifra e nelle date 4-5-6 settembre ho provveduto ad affettare la richiesta di prelievo, premetto che il sito nella fattispecie nel mio profilo indicava la non necessità di verifica , in quanto il mio account nn lo prevedeva.
Ho atteso i 3 giorni come indicato nei termini e condizioni prelievo e ho contattato il casino quasi quotidianamente mezzo mail o chat .
Le risposte sempre le stesse, a volte anche palesi menzogne, del tipo un bug sul sistema di controllo stato dei prelievi, perche mi è stato detto che era tutto ok come verifica , ma lo stato risultava ancora in verifica. Comunque arrivando ad oggi 19 settembre quindi dopo 15 giorni , le risposte ai miei quesiti sono: troppo lavoro per il dipartimento finanziario stanno causando ritardi.
Ma quello che nn capisco è perché 15 giorni di tempo per verificare cosa?

Per chiudere le chat dicono stia tranquillo è tutto ok come procedura di erogazione dell importo. Deve avere solo tanta pazienza.
