If you want to discuss anything related to Casinova Casino TR, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Hmm, the first thing that would cross my mind in this situation is to try contacting live chat right away to find out why this happened. Did you try that too?
Did they explain why it's not possible?
Did the casino ask you for any documents?
I wrote in the chat, but they blocked it.
I wrote to them by email, but there was no response.
They didn't ask for any documents.
I'm telling you that there's something fishy going on here, normal casinos get in touch, but this crap just keeps quiet and that's it.
It's probably not the best news that they blocked your chat. In that case, I would also think that something is going on that shouldn't be. And until the casino explains why they did it, we can only guess.
That's why, in this case, I would recommend filing a complaint so that our team can look into it and try to help if possible.
What do you think?

Hello, I can't say exactly how long you'll have to wait, but we give casinos 14 days, which you're close to.
If they don't pay you by then, you can file a complaint with us and we'll try to help you.
I see that the casino didn't need verification from you. Did you ask them why there is such a delay? What payment method did you use for the withdrawal?
I requested via bank transfer, but the strange thing is that after 11 days to date, it still gives me the option to revoke the withdrawals, if they tell me it is processing I don't understand.
Then I asked if they wanted documents. They told me before I won that my account didn't allow document verification. They responded by email and chat, telling me there's too much withdrawal traffic and I'm in a queue.
And they reassure me by telling me to rest assured that the transfers will arrive.
Well, it looks like the finance department can control that. It doesn't have much to do with player verification as such. If they have a delay due to a lot of withdrawals, it's understandable, but you shouldn't have to wait that long. As I said, if 14 days pass and nothing happens, please contact our team.
You may be able to cancel the withdrawal because sometimes casinos wait for the player to get bored, cancel it, and play with the money. The player may lose, and then the casino doesn't have to pay them anything. I'm not saying that this must be the case, but it could be one of the reasons.
Let's wait until the end of the week, and if nothing happens, please write to me again. 🙂
It is Thursday 18 September and the withdrawals dated 4, 5 and 6 September are still being verified.
The chat tells me to stay calm
Good morning, as you recommend proceeding on Casinova, I deposited without requesting a bonus, I won an amount and on the dates 4-5-6 September I proceeded to slice the withdrawal request, I would like to point out that the site in this case in my profile indicated that verification was not necessary, as my account did not require it.
I waited the 3 days as indicated in the withdrawal terms and conditions and contacted the casino almost daily via email or chat.
The answers are always the same, sometimes even blatant lies, such as a bug in the withdrawal status control system, because I was told that everything was fine as far as verification was concerned, but the status was still under review. However, arriving today, September 19th, so after 15 days, the answers to my questions are: too much work for the finance department is causing delays.
But what I don't understand is why 15 days to verify what?
If I haven't sent documents.
To close the chats, they say don't worry, everything is fine with the disbursement process. You just need to be very patient.
Thank you
You did the right thing by opening a complaint, so we will try to help you. If you don't need verification, that's fine, and the casino will check your withdrawal, specifically the finance department. That's probably what they meant when they told you they had to verify it.
Try to wait a little longer, and if nothing happens, the casino will contact us.
