If you want to discuss anything related to CasinoTogether, such as its games, bonuses, payment methods, issues with your account, responsible gambling features, or anything else, you can do so here.
Yesterday morning I registered at this casino and uploaded my documents right away. Also took the bonus but no chance to use it. But ok, then I paid in 2 more times and also won, without a bonus. In the evening I made a withdrawal request for 400 euros. According to her site, the review of the documents takes 1 working day and the processing of the payment 48 hours. This afternoon I asked in the chat why my documents had not yet been processed, the lady said it would take 48 hours. But I told her that on her site 1 working day stands. She then said only briefly it takes 48 hours. I always find it stupid that you always get a different statement than what you read on the page. Well I'll see what comes of it. I know that many casinos delay processing so that the payout may be canceled after all. But I definitely won't do that 😄 I hope this casino is fair.
Hello did you get your payout?
If yes, how long did it take?
Just got the same problem.

Was not so bad, according to the other experiences you had - right? 😀
Thanks for update!
The problem is that you no longer have trust in a casino if you are put off too often or if there are problems right from the start, e.g. with the deposit. For me, not only the games are important, but also the support. And if you then read bad reviews, the doubts come. But everything worked here 😊
I can only agree with that 🙂.
That's why we intend to test the quality of chat operators or support guys in each casino with a higher safety index (was called reputation untill yesterday). I've been hearing about this idea for quite some time the problem is, the bigger we grow more people are needed to handle routines. Hopefully, we'll be able to fulfill the idea eventually.
Anyway, I'm glad for you!
I also think that not everybody would be able to do it, because they wouldn't resist the temptation and play on in the end. 😕
Anyway, has this ever happened to you ? Have you ever had a similar situation?
Many times they didn't pay me to be enticed to play, the first few times I was enticed, but then not.
Uhm, and by "enticed" do you mean "lured" by chance? I'm trying to catch the point. 🤔
Hello, the first thing I would like to complain about is that I can no longer see any casinos outside of my region. So the ones from Curacao, Malta etc. are no longer shown to me here, only the ones with a German license where I definitely never want to play.
Now about this casino. I registered yesterday and made a direct deposit via real-time transfer using a method I have used at other casinos for years. First deposit, as the name suggests, was immediately in the player account. I then made a second deposit using the same method, money is gone. Support only gives me a stupid answer, saying I have to wait 48 hours for the casino to respond. In addition, the first deposit went smoothly and I use the method everywhere and forever and no deposit was ever delayed by this method, the first time in this casino. I wonder how that can be and why the customer has to wait 48 hours for the casino to respond and why the method is known for the fact that the money ends up in the player account immediately because it is not called IMMEDIATELY = REAL-TIME TRANSFER for nothing. I threatened to complain to the casino and the money still disappeared without a trace.
Hello!
Kindly mind this thread to seek an answer regarding non-DE-licensed casinos.
To the lost deposit now:
I'd say the casino needs some time to investigate, so they chose 48 hours. I get it. And I also think it is pointless to speculate right from the start, without an actual response from the casino.
By the way, did you know that such transfers are immediate? The casino lends the money first, because usually, it takes at least a couple of hours, mostly a day, for the deposit to reach the player's casino account.
This is handled through a third-party payment provider, whom I'm sure this casino is now asking about your deposit. Don't understand me wrongly please; it is unpleasant and inconvenient, and I'm sorry it happened to you. Let's give them those 2 days, and we shall see. Nothing much we can do at this moment 🙁.
