I think the only option you have is choosing a few games as a benchmark. You would know the highest RTP on those games. It could be games from Pragmatic Play, I think Play n Go also allows casinos to decrease the RTP. Then you would open the games in a new casino and check the RTP that is usually written in the games info.

But yeah, I understand it's quite time consuming and uncomfortable.
