I played long ago at crown...coulded find old account so created new one thinking old was deactivated for none use...nothing was said deposited a bunch of money never to win but onetime on a pissy 80 bucks they deny say made a permanent account long ago...kept the money closed account and can't even get respond in service..my deal how can you accept deposits and allow play but withdraw and I'm sure casino system had to catch on front end of creation of new account but don't alert you to say and get you back to recovery of your account?ot do.CROWN COINS Doesn't?I FIND ITS Shady PRACTICE AND UNFAIR TO TAKE AND NOT PAY.. MACHINES ALREADY DONT HIT ENOUGH AS IS

Hey, I get how it feels. Sadly, many platforms do not check anything unless you manage to win and undergo the KYC; only then do they find the matches. Well, perhaps next time, if you believe the original account was closed, I would check the email for clues or reach out to the casino instead of instantly creating another one. As you can see, casinos can use the multiple account rule against you, and, technically, I repeat, technically, it may have a logic from their viewpoint. In any case, let's see how the complaint ends.
