Thanks very much! I agree. Had they said "we arent currently offering Interac E-Transfer but we will send you your money via bank transfer, I would not have had an issue but, stating I have to turn to crypto and deposit in crypto and wager that deposit seems extremely unfair and questionnable. Thank you for your reply and luck!

I had the same problem as you! I bet €195 and won €800, with no bonus. When I tried to withdraw via SEPA bank transfer, which is my only withdrawal option, I selected the withdrawal. Five minutes later, the payment was refused due to an internal banking issue at the casino.

I then contacted customer support, who told me that bank transfers were not working, meaning I was unable to withdraw my winnings.

I therefore closed my account, as after doing some research, I found that many people have had the same problem as me.

The casino even advised me to use cryptocurrency in order to recover the funds, which is completely unfair!

Since April 8, I have been sending emails, but I have not received any response. The customer support is handled by AI, making it impossible to get a real answer or speak to a human agent.

Today, I am therefore requesting a refund of my deposits, but so far they are refusing outright, despite acknowledging that they are having issues with their payment provider.

That is terrible and very clearly, manipulation and terrible practices. Make an official complaint through Casino Guru. If you didn’t gamble away your winnings, you can fight to get your payout. I highly doubt you will get your deposits back though. This casino deserves to be blacklisted. Too many casinos are getting a free pass while being corrupt.
