I’m sharing my experience with Super Slots Casino and bet online casino after a major win that has led to a frustrating and unexplained delay.

On the night of June 2, 2025, I had an extremely successful session playing various games on Super Slots, resulting in a total win of $96,000. This was not from any jackpot or bonus — I played with my own funds, took my own risks, and switched games based on my own strategy.

The next morning, when I tried to log in to my account to begin the withdrawal process, I was unexpectedly logged out. I received no warning, email, or explanation. When I contacted customer support, I was told that my account was under an "investigation."

It has now been 10 days, and every time I reach out, I receive the same generic response: "There’s no update; we don’t know when the investigation will be completed." I still have not been told what is being investigated or what the timeline is.

I have followed all of the casino’s terms and conditions, played fairly, and completed all requested verification steps. I believe this delay is unreasonable and potentially a tactic to avoid paying out a legitimate win.

I am requesting clear communication, transparency, and that my rightful winnings be paid without further delay.

Are they checking with the game provider, perhaps?
