Hello all,


I won 24.300 at this casino and would like to take a break, I am already verified completely and requested a withdrawal. If I take a break can I still access my account to check on things? Or will i be denied access?

Hey, that's something I would definitely direct to the casino. I think you should be able to use your account normally, but you shouldn't be allowed to play. 

It may not necessarily be the case, so that's why I say you should definitely ask the casino. Take a screenshot of the conversation and your balance in case something goes wrong.

Just sent them a question regarding this and if my withdrawal is already being adhered to.

They say in their FAQ withdrawals are processed within 2 business days, which is fairly long in my book. I am used to instant withdrawals 😁.

Sometimes withdrawals take some time, 2 days are not so bad I would say.

Somewhere you would wait longer than that. 🙂

If you are not so satisfied after you have your money you can switch to casinos which have instant payouts.😀

I understand but what I do hate is that they have the option to "cancel" the withdrawal. Which in my eyes is kind of predatory. Why not give someone the option to choose whether they want this or not?

Hello, it seems that the casino has been cooperating, and I believe you made a valid point about how the KSC license can play a major role. In any case, we will be here for the follow-up.

I agree the delay has been huge, but at least the account stays intact and the casino support is responsive.

Although it would be cool to pay you out immediately.

Still no progress, after sending them an email they told me they will do it on the 6th of October. Kinda weird to be honest. More than 30 hours passed now since I requested a withdrawal. Unacceptable in my eyes that it takes this long, after the weekend..

And it's not like they are a super major casino with lots of players.
