This company that manages casinos extreme and brango have steadily and smoothly been going downhill for a few months now and this morning topped it off for me. After i have made many a  considerable deposits they still are denieing me Any bonus free spins or loyalty . they said the new rule is Mon - Thursday must make 3 deposits to get a bonus now!  And I used to get a free bonus after every deposit! 

 And the helpdesk agents , who are still the same Agent name showing in chat have changed to lazy rude people who care nothing for the casino players. 

 I would NOT RECOMMEND this casino to anyone unless you want to have a  bbad time !

Yup absolutely and that’s what happened to me and just the tip of the iceberg from what I learned since then check your history when you play so play 10 spins or so and then see how much your requirements went down based on your bet if you play for three hours or 8 or 10 like I have and the number barely goes down then you will see and take screenshots like I do what I can show you is shocking and a lot of them do this if one can do it they all can as far as shutting down they told me to use chrome and it didn’t change a thing I’ve played slots where I hit a great winning combination or bonus and then the last icon stops and then moves a slot down to a losing spin and when they slow down go to different speeds move or you get kicked out of the field of play they have manipulated the software and your being cheated if it doesn’t play perfectly it’s been manipulated when I ask casinos where did they get there rival or other gaming software they say we rent it from another place which is a smart answer so they can blame somebody else when they know they have a pirate or bootleg copy that was manipulated and sold to other casinos or they most likely did it themselves if I take a video of me playing or screenshots and show it to Rival gaming software they would say that’s been altered and manipulated because they would never make a game that does all this crazy stuff because the players would stop playing them

I self excluded from both because of all of the naughty things they were doing and I have 9000 screenshots from just about every online casino and you wouldn’t believe the stuff that’s going on casino extreme couldn’t answer any of my concerns or emails all I got was an automated reply

I have 9000 screenshots from all the online casinos I’ve played that would shock every player and make them physically ill my publisher and buddy want me to put it in print in a book basically what you need to know before gambling with $$ online but there’s just so much to learn and know if overwhelming but I learned by playing thousands of hours and spending $$$$ and I’m never surprised when I find or figure out a new way they are cheating I mean what else would you call it I have literally hundreds of screenshots and information of different things that have been changed or manipulated and it’s happening every day so you play a slot on Monday and Wednesday or the next week it’s completely different but it’s the same slot at the same casino when I say different I mean the movement of the play getting kicked off etc ✌️

Is it worth a complaint, I wonder? Or an update instead - just a suggestion. Since you keep repeating you have tons of screenshots and almost every single casino is bad, I take that as a matter worth inspecting. Don't be mad, please. 🙏

I was playing extreme casino one day and when I played a spin. I noticed that each time I spun . The same play repeated itself 10x... until it changed. Has anyone ever seen this happen before? When I seen it I couldn't believe it and wished their was a way to prove it. I never said anything about this until today. I though I was going crazy seen the same play 10x. Is it possible for this to happen ? Or has anyone ever seen this happen? Please let me know. Thanks
