I have played in 2 online casinos in the last few days. At one casino I had a balance of 0, but an outstanding payout of €500. In the other casino I had a balance of 600 that still needed to be wagered. I then went to sleep with this in the evening. The next day I noticed that someone had tried to log into my Skrill and Klarna account. Of course I immediately changed the password, my email, etc. Later, when I logged into the casino with the €600 balance, I noticed that my balance was at 0. I wrote to support and they said I had downplayed it myself. Was totally confused. In fact, someone hacked into my account and downplayed the entire balance on large stakes. The same thing happened at the other casino. The hacker canceled my withdrawal and lost everything again. Plus - tried to deposit via credit card, but thank god it didn't work. I'm just completely fucked up and frustrated that this happened to me. Have any of you ever had this experience? And can anyone tell me how I can possibly prove that it wasn't me? Of course, casinos say it is my responsibility and there is nothing they can do about it.
