I've been waiting for my money for 6 business days, I wrote to them and they said there was a delay in the payment but it's still pending.

Thanks for the answer. No, the casino officially confirmed to me through customer service that I DO NOT need any documents or verification (KYC). My account is completely clean, they did not ask me for any verification.

It's a payment of just $38 to Mastercard that has been pending for 6 business days (almost a week and a half). The casino keeps blaming the delay on "unusually large payouts" and the payment provider, while the transaction status in my profile is still "Pending" to this day, meaning the casino's finance department hasn't even initiated it.

I understand the 14 day rule, but for such a small amount, where no verification is required, waiting 6 business days is clearly a waste of time. Please keep the complaint open, because the casino chat agents just leave the conversation without a word if I ask about my money.
