I closed by account but have been trying to find out total money I had deposited since using this casino. I finally received an email from head of support saying they will not give me that information, which seems ridiculous.

fast withdrawal my ass. requested tuesday morning, got it thursday night. support was polite when i asked but kept saying 'wait more'. not a scam but definitely not fast either.

i'll give them credit, support answered in 2 minutes and solved my issue. but the withdrawal still took like 36 hours. bonus was fine but nothing special. idk, mid experience..
