They dont verificate my account and dont answer me why.

Hi, how long has your situation been going on ? Have you sent any documents and are they still pending? Is it possible that you are still checking them ?

I registered 2 months ago, I withdrew funds 5 days ago, I sent my documents and they didn't verify them 🙁

I played with 50,000 CLP and won 3,179,000 at roulette. My last deposit was through MuchBeteer.

Now I try to withdraw and I get a restricted withdrawal and my documents are still pending review.

Please help me...

Hello, you won't be able to withdraw the money until you have successfully verified yourself, so this is normal for now. 

However, try to give the casino some time to check the documents and hopefully everything will turn out fine. We generally tend to allow casinos 14 days to deal with this situation because it is something that is important to them as well as to the players. If nothing changes, then we will try to help you.

The problem is that they are always denying the residence paper or proof of address that I upload, it always comes out rejected, I have submitted more than 5 and everything is wrong.

Every day in the chat they say they will pay during the day and they don't, more than 4 days and nothing, no withdrawal arrives and the history always shows pending.

It gets annoying, because when you deposit money they immediately deduct it from your bank, and they don't pay when you withdraw.

Don't trust this casino, they are rats, thieves who don't pay.

With 50 USD I earned 5000 USD and there is no way they will pay me.
