Hello Plbloke, even if you did, I'd presume you deserve an explanation or specific information against which part of Terms&Conditions you acted, at least, "Administration decision" sounds like an excuse to me... I know you are familiar with complaint process already, do you think you will submit this case as a complaint as well?
