BuranCasino Probleme!

Good day everybody,

I recently registered at the Buran Casino and transferred it by SOFORT, luck was something on my side whereupon I wanted to withdraw. The problem is the withdrawal methods are completely different from the deposit methods! I am given 4 crypto currencies to choose from and the Zimpler service but no bank transfer etc. How do I get my money? The customer support doesn't understand me and doesn't really help me, I ask for your help!

Yeah...I believe the withdrawal methods are in cryptocurrencies due to the new law in Germany. Simply said, they want to make sure that the money they send to you can't be tracked by the local government.

This isn't something they would do to you on purpose, but I believe this is the only way for them to send you the money. Are you sure they don't have any German speaking customer support?

Since I have absolutely nothing to do with crypto currencies, I have now chosen the Zimpler option because I had to enter my IBAN there, it seemed logical to me that the money would be transferred to my account. I think the support translates my message myself and doesn't understand what I'm talking about. So, as I said, I chose zimpler there I had to enter the amount and the IBAN, but I read when you pay out via zimpler you give your mobile number and get an SMS, which was not the case. I'm curious whether this works, if not it would be very annoying because a good amount of money has accumulated.

Can you see the withdrawal's current state? Is it still pending?

Yes, I have now requested 3 payouts because I can only request one per day. All are still pending, the first one since Saturday ...

Today is Thursday. It shouldn't take that long to process a withdrawal 😕
