Hey, we actually have this casino in our database, but it’s not visible just yet. From what we’ve seen, the casino doesn’t have the best rating, so I’d recommend being cautious with any deposits until you’re sure about the site’s reliability.
Have you played there already? If so, what’s your experience been like so far? Any feedback would be really helpful for others.
You have to read the rules very carefully, in a word I do not recommend it, honestly they should ban this site as soon as possible, it is the first time I have come across such a point in the rules .I deposited 20 and won 350 on slots and I can't withdraw this money, see what they have in the rules:Hello Krzysztof, how are you? At this moment the withdrawal could not be processed as it does not comply with T&C 9.11.2 which states that you are only allowed to withdraw up to 250% of your deposit.
In your case, you deposited 20 and the minimum to withdraw 250 would be 100, so you need to keep depositing and betting in order to withdraw your winnings.
Oh, that's unpleasant, it's something I've encountered before and I don't think it's fair. I guess that's why a casino won't have a good safety index if they have such terms embedded in their casino. It's probably best to avoid it or try to withdraw at least the amount you can and see how the process goes.
Think you'll try it?
Can you please tell me where we promote this casino? According to what I also wrote, where do you think we are promoting the casino?
We want to inform about casinos and not promote them, that's one thing. The second is that I wrote that the casino is not yet visible to players but that it already has a low safety index and therefore I would be cautious of players.
So what you write about this casino and your whole post is absolutely inadequate and loses its sense probably because you didn't read anything even though there are a couple of posts in this thread. 🙂
Hi, does anyone have any more information on this site? I signed up in April, deposited about £3,000 in total, won back and successfully withdrew around £900 in total without any problems. On 5th May I asked to self exclude through their live chat and was given an email address. Still no response from that email address and I've also spoken to live chat several times who just said its passed onto relevant department...
I asked about their gaming licence as none visible on website and they only reply with that they follow and comply with international gaming laws and to email a certain address for more information. (This is the same email address I asked to self exclude) so I told them there's no luck in getting a response from that.
Anyone else had anything?
I've seen random review sites say that it's Curacao and another saying it's held by another licence but what is the truth
Hello, the casino is still in the system and it doesn't look good. So I would say that if you got some withdrawals, that's pretty positive news for me, but I wouldn't expect it to be like that all the time.
As far as the license is concerned, the casino doesn't have one according to us, so that's probably why they answered you as generically as they did.
If you wanted to self-exclude I know how much of a problem that can be with casinos like this, so I would probably recommend opening a complaint, although I'm not saying it's 100% helpful.
But if you are interested you can at least give it a try.
I'll wait and see how you decide.
Thanks, Jaro. I told them that I'll give them to the end of this week to sort out the self exclusion and then ill go from there.
As this website is very dodgy, my main worry isn't necessarily self excluding as I have no desire to continue gambling on a potentially fraudulent website, it's more that they now have my details and in their t&cs it says if account inactive after 6 months, then they can start charging a €5 per month fee to it?
Interesting though, when I signed up with them they asked for proof of ID. I sent this when I was still thinking they were legitimate and then 6 weeks later they sent an email saying the ID was rejected. Whether or not that was going to mean they would've rejected my future withdrawals and that was their excuse, who knows.
But like I said I'm more concerned with them having my details and charging a fee, rather than the actual self exclusion itself.
Could you send me where you see it? What you're telling me is that if you had some money there and your account is inactive for 6 months, they'll slowly take money out of your balance in $5 increments. This happens in almost every casino when the account is dormant. If you don't have anything there, they shouldn't take anything, but I'll wait until you send me a screenshot.
It's all right, at least you learned something new. I don't think it's a situation that happens often, but it can happen, so casinos usually have it in Terms.
But as long as you don't have to deal with it, it doesn't affect you.
