fileLike some other players here, this seems to be the email they send out with the video link in. 11am middle of the day with 'NO OPPORTUNITY FOR A REDO'.

Absolute scammers.

Glad someone on here had success using a solicitor. I am going down this route as I am LUCKY enough to have one in the family. But what about all the players who arent?

Another threatening email from the casino.

I have passed it all to the family solicitors. Also stated I can send a recorded video but cannot make an 11am call on a week day, due to college, work. Absurd. Simply attempting theft.

(Keep in mind they have processed over €600 in withdrawals from the account and I have €300 left).file

Hello, what the casino asks for is a pretty normal thing, but I would definitely try to agree on a time that is okay for you, because if you don't pass the verification, you won't get the money. So have you tried asking if it would be possible to do it at a different time?

So sad these scammers are still given an 8.1/10

Guru you should be ashamed

How much did they pay you to pump them?

file nice one casinoguru. You rejected my review for Bulletz as it’s ’similar to other peoples’….This makes you seem like affiliate shills.

Maybe the experience is the same as others as they have a pattern of behaviour.

Disgusting!

I understand that experience probably speaks for you. Next time it would be a good idea to be sober and not play with money. If the casino doesn't pay you back, you would get black points. If you can't handle it and the betting is closed, on what basis should the rating be lower?

Would love to know why CG are censoring reviews?

I was looking at the user review and it is important to say that one user review is allowed from one account per casino. I think this is well written in our Terms and Conditions.

Are you high?

I haven’t reviewed Bulletz!!!! That was my review and you lemons rejected it.

Ive also noticed you seem to be mr faux empathy on the forum? Would that be fair?

sorry but you’re talking rubbish.

Casino uses sumsub, third party AI enhanced KYC software. No need for a video via Google. I’ve played at casinos for 6 years and it is NoT STANDARD.

Also had numerous deposits and withdrawals with this casino and also supplied a hand written note selfie. What the casino is doing is actually attempting to break EU laws and by attempting to justify it you undermine the whole illusion of your site.

the fact two individuals (that we know of) have got solicitors involved to get their funds because of this shows everything you need to know.

There are also active complaints for the same issue against Bulletz.

But Atleast you’ve given them a HIGH rating LOL

I'm sorry, I can assure you with 100% sure, videocall verification it's NOT normal!! I played on hundreds of casinos, unfortunately for about 20 years (phisical too), it was my FIRST time any casino asked me videocall, that was the 4th verification step, I was already verified. Also first time made a selfie with a paper writted.

Also that videocall it's ridiculous and it's a violation of too much rights. They asked me very intimal questions, they violated my privacy. You know they asked to show my home!!!! By pointing the camera to everywhere!!!! I have to show my privacy and my home,my private things to a stranger, and worse they record it all! From other side they even hidden their face, not ethical at all, and it's bad education.

They made ridiculous questions, and I'm sure their intentions it's not really verify anything, it's just delay the payment or even find an excuse for not paying it. I'm not sure if the law permits then do whenever they want, but I'm sure what they have done to me, I will not forgive, their actions are totally wrong and I don't to play anymore in any casino like this Fortunately first time and I hope last

That’s awful they did that. Absolutely not normal and a complete invasion of privacy not justifiable in anyway by law.

Disgusting that Jaro from the forum tried to justify it!

The site uses Sumsub anyway. So this is completely ridiculous.

Did you get your money? Other players have taken court action.

This alone should slash the score on CG to 4. They won’t tho as probably get a juicy affiliate kickback.

When they start with that unnecessary extra verifications means they don't want to pay you! (You are verified already by sumsub, and prove of that it's that you have previously withdraw sucessfully.

This is a strategy used by many disonest scam casinos, delaying or finding an excuse for not pay (ex. violation of their terms and conditions) Violation of terms is very subjective and they can use it for not pay, through verification besides they delay it until you give up or spent it all by playing, they still can find another excuse of not paying. In your case you are not available to answer videocall, and thats not fair, it's normal people don't have time for that videocalls movies.

They have tried everything to not pay me, they delay the payment for 2 weeks and with me making pressure on them.

If you dont care of doing everything they want , now videocall, after selfie, the videocall it was for me really humilating, eventually they will pay, when they want. It's not guaranteed, dont forget they are scammers, but for a low value payment, and for you review here in guru that have paid, it's possible they Will pay it. To me they only pay it after i tried everything and honestly I have give up, I told them Wil make an claim to Curaçau licensee before i was giving up, at least they will not be laughing of me.

Most casinos with Curaçau licensee and other offshore licenses are not trustable, if you win a big prize, most probably you will not receive it or they will try everything to not pay it.

The only casinos you can trust are the ones with Europe license, with me the Europeans they never failed, and now most are immediately withdrawals. I mean one of those days I earn 25.000 EUR in Europe license casinos, i push the button to withdrawn and I received it in less them 5mns, amazing! Most European are doing this now.

If you make the videocall and don't care about that privacy violation and await (after videocall takes probably 10 days for decision and withdrawn ), it's most probably they will not have other option them pay it. Sadly Most gamblers will spent the money when awaiting, and them their strategy worked! This safety index cheated me, so never again will trust on it. Better avoid Curaçao and offshore casinos, to avoid not get paid and stress.

Guys, let's get real, everyone here has a minimum of conscience, we know that Guru earns commission from these casinos by referral, the more players lose for them is profit. Look at all those Rabidi casinos that always offer bonuses ranging from 200 to 300%, but all the slots and providers are highly manipulated, RTP doesn't exist and unfortunately everyone ends up losing. It's a casino mafia of which Guru, Ask Gambles and others are a part. They never go in favor of the player and defend tooth and nail those who try to evaluate casinos negatively, a sad reality.

I won't repeat what I wrote before. So if they are breaking European law, you can go to a lawyer and sort it out with them, or report them. Then you can show me how it turned out.

As far as the call is concerned, I said that if it is not possible for you to have it when they want it, you suggest some time. I think that the casino should have some common ground with you on such matters. Most of the time the casinos want it when they have some suspicions or to check something. You may not have had that experience before, but now you have. You're not the first or the last person I've heard of who needs to make a verification call.

The decision is yours.

The decision not to play there is entirely up to you and I don't question it.

I have seen many cases at different casinos where video call was necessary. So since I work in it almost every day, I see it as a common thing. Some things are not so easy when the casino asks for it, I admit. If they wanted you to show some part of the house and stuff like that, I wonder if someone is there with you because players who are aware that they have broken something are trying to get around everything in different ways. I've seen enough of that and of the kind of trickery that players like to do. Simply to get some players to pass verification, a call is sometimes possible.

Please publish this site to raise awareness of Bulletz ILLEGAL practises. They CANNOT under EU or Carribia law attempt to steal players funds who do not wish to do a live KYC call. I have seen them doing this to many many players.
