Yes, that's right. The so-called tickets that you need to contact support are completely ignored. Online in the telegram channel is fake. the remainder is 821 USDT. The reason for the blocking is unknown to me, I did not receive a response to any of my requests. I had only one account, and I did not re-register. The combination of factors gives a clear idea of a small scam project.

I cannot understand how this casino has a score of 7.5. These are complete scammers. When I was writing to them not about the withdrawal they replied in an hour, when it came to withdrawal there are no replies. I wagered the bonus and want to withdraw, the withdrawal have been declined more than 20 times. Among these times 2 were shown as payment errors. I see this has happened to other players as well. 100% scammers, I see they do not reply to any complaints on askgamblers, and I am 100% sure they will not reply to any complaints here. I hope somebody will adjust their rating because it is now tricking the players. That is how I made the deposit, I saw a rating of 7.5 which is really good but the reality is way different.

Also their bonus system is not normal as well. The first deposit bonus is up to 3000usd but the max withdrawal from the deposit is max 1000usd. No logic. In my case I made a deposit of less than 200 and had more than 1000usd when I wagered the bonus, but when I reached the wagering the balance was adjusted to 1000usd. So in my case that is not good but understandable, but what if you make a large deposit and accept the bonus? Your are deemed toreceive max 1000 when let's say you made a deposit of 1500usd.

But at the end of the day this does not matter, because eiter way they are not paying out. Total scammers.

Anyway, let's get to your problem. Did the casino tell you why your withdrawal was cancelled so many times? I think they must have a reason. Maybe they want gameplay since you played with the bonus, but I guess it shouldn't be a secret if that's the case. The casino didn't ask you for any documents? How long have you been trying to withdraw?

Regarding the bonuses, I think that when you see that the maximum cashout is 1000, you can adjust your deposit accordingly. If you feel it's not worth it, then you probably won't deposit any more.

The casino is not communicating. There is no live chat, the only way is to create a ticket and wait for the reply which seems to never come. I also found an email but no reply as well. But I read that other users had the same issue where the withdrawal is automatically rejected every 3 hours. In my case that is the same way, so it is most likely automatic. But the biggest red light is that the casino is not communicating. When I contacted them first time which was not regarding the withdrawal they replied within an hour, now no reply. So it is obvious they reply when they want a player to make a deposit. This is clearly a scam casino and more and more people will lose their money and time.

Regarding the documents my account has been verified. You are not able to request a withdrawal with this casino without having documents verified. When you go to withdrawal you are momentarily asked to upload the documents.

It is never a good sign if a casino doesn't communicate with its players. And especially if it's a fresh casino, this could lead to losing many customers for them.🤷‍♀️

That is the problem, they will not communicate with your team as well. I can see there is an active complaint already and the casino has left a day to reply and I am certain they will not because there are also complaints on askgamblers and the casino did not communicate with them as well. The first request was last week on Wednesday and now they have declined the withdrawal request for 29 times. And as stated before, they do not reply.

That is an example of a scam casino. I will probably open the complaint so that at least the casino rating would get down faster so other people wouldn't be fooled as I was

Even though it is surely just a personal decision to submit the complaint or not, every time players choose to skip that option, this casino won't get the black points reserved for uncooperative casinos. Providing valuable feedback on the forum or through the user review is great thing to do, yet submitting a complaint against already suspicious casino is also a good step. I imagine the benefit for your personality is not so convincing, but still, it holds value for the overall perspective.

For the time being, all I can say is that I am sorry to see unlucky players every time a casino is about to have its Safety Index fall. I hope the management will soon decide to cooperate and will no longer see things the same way.

Although it seems illogical, keep in mind that your complaint has not been closed yet, so the Safety Index has not been impacted by its resolution yet. Most importantly, the complaint must be closed before the black point can be determined. However, a few unresolved complaints with a lower disputed amount might not be sufficient to cause a significant decline in the Safety index as long as the amount is dependent on the disputed amounts. This is actually the reason for showing the latest complaits directly on the casino tab. To make sure people will notice the latest events. Especially in case of fresh casinos, the events are always a bit risky, since no one is familiar with the casino's intentions.

Casinoguru need to quickly put a warning and blacklist Bullrun bets.

They are not paying out players and stealing balances, claiming they do not accept players from your country when you win.

My mrs just had 5k stolen. They claimed they did not accept players from Ireland. Despite verifying her and their terms not saying it is restricted. She spoke to them on telegram and they claimed their curacao license (which they don't have) means they can't accept players.

They then wiped all messages from the telegram chat.
