Subject: Re: Brazino777 Complaint – Problem Confirmation and Additional Details
Hello,
Yes, that's exactly the situation:
I made three successful deposits using Bitso Transfer (internal transfers within the Bitso network), using the exact deposit details (beneficiary name, CLABE, etc.) that Brazino777 himself provided me.
All three transfers were completed successfully from my end: the money left my Bitso account and appears as "Sent".
However, none of the deposits are reflected in my Brazino777 balance.
The casino insists that I send them a CEP (Electronic Payment Receipt) from the Banxico website. The problem is that:
→ These were internal Bitso transfers, not traditional bank SPEI transfers.
→ Internal Bitso transfers do not generate CEP. It is technically impossible to obtain it.
I even contacted Bitso support, and they confirmed that it was an internal transfer between Bitso accounts, so there was no CEP (Customer Entry Payment). I explained this several times to Brazino777, but they keep repeating the exact same thing as if they were bots, refusing to accept any of the evidence I've sent them (Bitso screenshots with dates, amounts, Transaction IDs, sender, and recipient).
Details of the 3 deposits:
May 2, 2026 – $200 MXN Transaction ID: 1075fb96c66a6fce6c07a34bd3ca3b13
May 4, 2026 – $70 MXN Transaction ID: faf484355f6f9f7984f94d6b99c64eca
May 5, 2026 – $50 MXN Transaction ID: d566ebc9f977a850edbc4718250b9bfa
Total: $320 MXN
I have repeatedly sent them the screenshots, my full name (Abraham Vargas Acosta), CURP (VAAA920614HSLRCB04), email, etc., but they only repeat the same request from the CEP.
I've attached all the relevant screenshots and emails from Brazino777 support for you to review.
Do you need any additional information?
Thank you so much for your help.
Greetings,
Abraham Vargas Acosta
