Fell into the trap of using this casino - no great wins and £600 later gave up. On my bank statement my payments have been going through different organisations which is worrying and suggests money laundering and a scam hiding behind this unlicensed casino based in Curacao. They bombard you, without taking you through any kind of verification, with texts and emails encouraging players to keep on trying offering more enticements. Anyone had any luck getting money back from this horrendous outfit?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about your experience with this casino, but according to the safety index it wasn't the best choice. It is quite low and as you said the casino operates without a license which is also not the best sign. 

I'm not sure if any players have received money because I've looked at our complaints and the casino has only one that they haven't resolved, so I'd be skeptical of the process. 

I would also avoid it so I don't lose any more money here, and I hope you do too.
