Hi, although I understand your frustration, did you check whether this is the case and whether Terms has this bonus that you used? Bonuses often have a maximum cashout, so I wouldn't be surprised. 

Maybe it's not very user-friendly if you can win less than you can withdraw, but that may be the goal, to keep you playing.

Why do you need to know?

So that I can contact the owner through a third party for an individual deal regarding a large win that is taking too much time. I already filed a complaint through Casino Guru, but unfortunately, it's not getting anywhere.

I see that the casino communicated there, so I'd probably try to resolve it through a complaint. I doubt the owner would sit down and handle it himself, since he apparently has a team for that.🤷‍♂️
