Boom Casino scammers ???

More than 4 weeks ago I applied for a payment of 2000 euros (total credit 3700 €), the verification has not yet taken place, I have sent all documents by email and have not received a response, I contacted the live chat several times, which also couldn't help as they supposedly have no insight into the verification process. I have now gambled away the money again and have not yet completed a verification. I also cannot fully understand the good reputation of Guru, as there are some unresolved cases, especially with higher payouts.

Since you say you already played with the money and lost them, there's not much we can do about it. That's the worst thing you can do while waiting for a withdrawal (or verification process to be complete).

Boom casino is licensed in Malta, which is actually one of the better licensing authorities. If they really did something wrong (delaying your verification etc.), you actually had a pretty good chance to contact the regulator and explain your situation.
