Day 4, payout still not processed. I guess I was just lucky to get that ONE quick payout. I still have two more payouts to go, thanks to the €2000 limit, which I also consider relatively low. Well, we'll see if the payout is processed today, day 4, as usual, or if I'll have to wait even longer this time.
Well, at least you now know roughly how long it took the previous time.
For now, I’d also keep in mind that we’ve just had a weekend, and many casinos don’t process withdrawals during weekends. So I generally wouldn’t count Saturday and Sunday as regular processing days.
I think that’s the main thing to consider for the moment.
My first withdrawal actually took longer than I expected, so yeah I was getting a bit annoyed waiting for it 😅 But it did eventually come through and there was no issue with the amount. After that the next one was much quicker, so I guess it can depend on the situation.
I'm still waiting, by the way. I don't think the VIP managers at this casino are very helpful. They just keep saying they'll take care of it, but nothing ever happens. I'll wait a maximum of two more days. I understand that sometimes it might take longer than 24 hours, but as a VIP, you should be treated differently and the payouts should be correspondingly faster.
I’d say so. In many cases, patience is probably one of the strongest weapons a player can have. Those who don’t have much of it can sometimes make the situation even more difficult for themselves.
Quite often, a withdrawal is delayed because of a payment provider, the payment method itself, or because KYC suddenly becomes part of the process. All of that can extend the waiting time considerably. Sometimes players may also feel that a casino is deliberately slowing things down in the hope that the withdrawal gets cancelled and the money is played again, although of course we shouldn’t assume that without evidence.
In any case, if a player can stay patient, avoid playing with the money, and resist cancelling the withdrawal unnecessarily, then in many of the cases I’ve seen, the money eventually arrives.
I’m not saying this happens in every case or with every casino, but from what I’ve seen, there are probably more positive outcomes than negative ones.
So, congratulations. 🙂
I'm still waiting, by the way, it's day 5 now. Support is contradicting itself. First, they say it's still being reviewed, then they say it's the payment provider's fault and they have to authorize the payment. Then I tell them it's a SEPA transfer that I requested, and then they say it's still being reviewed again. The VIP manager only replies once a day at most. Absolutely the worst VIP program I've ever experienced. I'll wait one more day, then I'll file an official complaint here. I still have to make three more withdrawals because you can only withdraw €2,000 at a time. I'm already dreading it. I'm starting to have my doubts about whether I'll even receive my money in full. Everything has always worked out before, but this time it's strange.
After much inquiry and complaining, my withdrawal was finally processed after 5 days and 6 hours. I hope the next 3 withdrawals don't take as long, otherwise, including this one, I'll have waited a total of 20 days for the money. I'll keep you updated.
Hey! On one side it's positive that payment made it through, but yeah, I would also prefer much quicker services, because just as you said, those 20 days may not be completely out of question.
Let's see what comes next and whether the complaint is really going to be necessary.
Hello!
We are pleased to confirm that your withdrawal has now been approved and processed, and we appreciate your confirmation that the matter has been resolved.
We would, however, like to clarify a few points regarding the comments in your initial complaint.
During the process, you were in contact with two members of our VIP team, who were both actively following your case and responding to your messages. We therefore regret that you felt you were not receiving sufficient support.
Regarding the information provided to you, there was no contradiction between the withdrawal being under review and the payment provider being involved. SEPA withdrawals are still subject to payment-provider processing and checks, and these steps can sometimes take longer than expected. Unfortunately, these checks cannot simply be bypassed by our team.
We also understand your concern regarding the safety of your funds. However, your previous withdrawals have been successfully processed and paid, and there was never any indication that your funds were at risk or that we intended to withhold them.
We appreciate that waiting several days for a withdrawal can be frustrating, and we are sorry that this particular experience caused you concern. At the same time, delays resulting from routine processing or provider checks should not be interpreted as an indication that a payment will not be completed.
We are glad that your withdrawal has now been completed and that the complaint has been resolved. We remain available should you need any further assistance.

Not gonna lie, mine was delayed and I was starting to wonder what was going on. Support told me it was still being processed and yeah, eventually got the money. Obviously I’d rather not wait that long, but at least it wasn’t some situation where I never got paid.
Hello there.can you be more specific about withdrawal times?
I am asking you because I made my first withdrawal 1800 euro and I am almost at 48 hours with no response yet.my account is been verified in 5 minutes but the status is still under review and i am worrying.
I contact them through chat and the told me that the money is safe, the kyc is ok etc etc.
Still no updates.
Do you have a withdrawal history showing those payments? If so, could you share a screenshot?
It’s not necessarily that people don’t believe you, but everyone can have a different experience. Having a positive experience yourself doesn’t mean every other player will have one too, so that’s worth keeping in mind. When several players report problems, we shouldn’t simply assume they’re making them up.
Seeing that other players are receiving their money can help reassure those who are still waiting. That’s why sharing something like your withdrawal history could be useful. If you have it, feel free to post it.🙂

Hi, in your case, I wouldn’t say you’ve been waiting very long yet. You mentioned 48 hours, and judging by when you posted, that seems to have fallen over the weekend. Some casinos process fewer withdrawals during weekends, while others don’t process them at all. You’re still at an early stage, so I wouldn’t assume the worst just yet.
Getting verified in just five minutes is great news and something most players would appreciate. Verification is also an important part of the withdrawal process, as it needs to be completed before your money can be paid out. Since that went smoothly, I hope your withdrawal will too.
We give casinos 14 days to process withdrawals. If yours remains unresolved after that, you can submit a complaint with us, and our team will do their best to help.
Good to know. Of course, when a casino states something like this in its terms and conditions, players expect it to follow through. But as you can see, several factors can affect the process, and verification is one of them.
That’s why I’d take this kind of information with a grain of salt. Besides verification, other factors beyond the casino’s control can also delay withdrawals.
