Have you tried to complain somewhere about this situation?

I would advise you to do it here but we don't del with sports betting.

Ive tried emailing their gaming licence regulator, Anjouan via their contact form. Eventhough it states all matters must be sent to the gaming site that you have the issue with. But how can that be done when the site in question just rug pulls their site from the internet and deletes their email service and everything gets returned to sender?

The Anjouan regulator is just as bad for not having a proper way to complain about sites they licence.

I understand that in such a case it is difficult to do anything if you have no way of contacting them. 

I don't know how else I could help you or what advice I could give you. The best thing would be to find out what happened and whether the casino is undergoing maintenance or what is going on.

I hope we find out soon and I will let you know.

Ive eventually found their new website, i had to go to the Anjouan gaming registrar to look up their licence to see if they were still listed, Which they were and their new website is now called 'Cat Win' and the website domain is bitonbetcasino.com

Logged in and all of my pending bets are still there

That could be good news. So I would file a complaint on a website that deals with sports betting and describe to them exactly what you have just told me. Maybe it will help you and you will be able to resolve the issue. 🙂
