Had a few problems with bonuses.. the support never resolved a anything. Ex. Today I deposited to get a bonus. I activated the bonus and then deposited....the system apparently didn't activate the bonus. I didn't see it and I played my money....after I saw that it wasn't activated I reached to support and told them. The said that they couldn't activate it cause I played my money which is irrelevant.,... I did activate the bonus and then played....how is it my fault that their system didn't activate the bonus. They dismissed me and closed the chat. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

I assume you're from England. Lizaro's Terms of Service list the UK as an unsupported country. It's questionable whether you'll ever see your money. I'm from Germany, which isn't excluded from Lizaro, so I'm still hoping to get my money.
