I deposited £500 amd got up to £5,000 didnt recieve any withdrawal for 2 week, but I did recieve 1k of it Saturday so hope this gives you some optimism.

Did you check your browser activity at the exact time of the transaction to see if there is a link to the provider who processed the payment?

I have Android, so I use Go to my Google email activity. I don't know how Apple works.

Yes I did check and it come up that website I attached yesterday, when you click on it the link doesn’t load so it’s hard to find the payment information/ provider have you managed to find the payment details?

Do not touch any of the Lizaro casino websites. Total scam and crooks. I've been waiting for over a week to get my money back. Keep getting promises but it never happens. They owe me £400 just keep getting lies,lies and more lies from them. I've reported them to the gaming commission and The National Cyber Sercurity as a scam website. Just read all the customer reviews on trustpilot. They operate frim Costa Rica with no regulations. They are just taking money and never returning it. Hopefully they will be took offline when investigated by the above

Hey, I see that the casino only gives you general information, but apparently they don't have anything more to offer you. Have you considered submitting a complaint to us and we will try to help you with your situation? We give casinos 14 days to pay out to players, but if nothing happens, we will try to contact the casino.

What do you say? 

They demand that players adhere to the terms and conditions, but they themselves don't. Now I'm getting the same excuses as everyone else. It's clear they have a huge problem when it comes to paying out winnings. Casinos like this should be banned from the market.
