The casinos operated by these Cyprus-based companies have been criticized for not paying out winnings, deliberately delaying account verifications, and repeatedly canceling withdrawals. The platforms are rife with negative reports of players never receiving their payouts.

Unfortunately, I too have become a victim (Spinpolo111.com), just like Spinpolo44, Spinpolo98, etc.

I recommend that all players avoid casinos in this group.

All casinos operated by these companies have the same policy: No payouts.

Next example: Bananzia

How can one alert the licensing authority that their license is being used for fraud and must be revoked?

Kingia is the latest casino to do this then! This site has stolen my money. Played for a few weeks with no issues, actually made some withdrawals with no issues. I then won over £1000 and got trapped in a verification loop with them. They will only let you withdraw £500 per day, then they will wait 3 days for each transaction to state it’s been rejected through verification failure. I sent them passport, drivers licenses, a letter from the government, a selfie with my drivers license, a phone bill and a bank statement proving funds and deposits. Nothing was enough for them and they continued to reject my withdrawals. I recently reported this to my bank, the money the are due me is so much more than what I have deposited, however I felt I had no option. They have since deleted my account and will not engage with me at all. I never took a bonus and have absolutely no reason for them not to pay me other than this being a complete scam site only there to take your money. Please do not make the same mistake as me and fall for being able to make some withdrawals and being in a false sense of security, I actually think this site is trying to get your identity documents. Kingia - I have reported you to action fraud, my bank and I sincerely hope people see this and you don’t receive any more deposits.

Hello and thank you for your fair warning. It seems like our colleagues have been reviewing the casino but it has not finished yet. However, if you still have outstanding payouts with this site, you can complain officially even though the casino is not in the list. The way I see it, you mention further reactions on your end, but I think it's beneficial to mention the complaint at least for others reading the forum.

So, let me know if you'd like to discuss this feature further; it never hurts to try, I suppose.

Thanks so much for coming back to me. I have a huge amount of evidence to prove what I am saying is true. I am not sure how you post a complaint when the site is not available to link it too?

You are welcome. Let me just briefly add a few main points regarding the aforementioned complaint. First of all, the casino must have 14 full days to resolve the matter without us being involved. Let's say that's what usually divides capable and effective supports from the rest, but it of course always depends on the nature of the problem. However, if the casino for any reason fails to fairly resolve the problem, my colleagues will gladly stick their noses into it. 🙂

Best of all, no need to wait for the casino review to be done. You can choose the option "the casino is not on the list," which is located right under the list. Just please add the full URL address to the complaint.

You mentioned that you reached out to your bank; did you perhaps initiate chargebacks, please? It's fair to say that we cannot help further if players choose this irreversible action.

Hi Radka.

my payments were all direct transfer. Using the faster payment so no chargeback possible.

I have played completely fairly, never taken a bonus and just being completely scammed.

i just recieved another email which explicitly calls what I am waiting for my winnings but that I have to speak to security.

still locked out the account and still got absolutely nowhere.

Sean, what stands out to me is that you’d already made withdrawals before this round of checks. Have they explained what changed, or does each rejection just come with another document request?

Indeed. This is also what I thought. My account with green tick verified. Then they asked for more ID, which is fine as I felt maybe due to being more deposits or a bigger withdrawal. But I honestly provided more than you could imagine, all legitimate, all in my name etc and I just had request after request to withdraw rejected after waiting 3 days. I have never experienced anything like this, it feels like a genuine delay tactic to either get more id from you or hope that the endless rejection of withdrawals will make you play through the funds. I still have not withdrawn anything and to this day am still receiving emails asking me for more id.

Hi Sean,

Thanks for the details. You know I was a bit worried you would chargeback immediately because that would prevent the mediators from stepping in. In my opinion, that's why the casino stopped talking to you; based on the screenshot you provided to the mediators, it says that it was initiated.

I wouldn't dare to guess, but when you said, "I recently reported this to my bank, the money they are owed to me is so much more than what I deposited, but I felt I had no choice," the bank did contact the casino, which could have resulted in a breakdown of communication because casinos typically state in their rules that attempting to chargeback results in immediate account closure.

Quite possibly, Radka. I shouldn’t have went to the bank; as I was never going to be able to reclaim the amount I had won. However, even if I don’t get anything out of it; hopefully it will help others not be scammed. It’s extremely disappointing as this has never happened to me before. I’ve had stall tactics etc, which encourages me to never use a bonus and always kyc first etc but this has really tortured me. One saving grace is that it has somehow made me not think about gambling at all since it has happened. Thanks for reaching out and trying. Regards, Sean.

I can also verify this. Casino is spartaza22.com but its exact layout and setup as the other casinos such as Spinformula.com

Luckily only made a very small deposit, account ID was verified and an initial £500 cash out was approved.

I won another £1500 and have been stuck in an endless KYC verification since September 29th.

Submission of documents takes at least 72 business hours to review. Usually have to contact support and then within a few minutes everything gets rejected.

EG Selfie with ID - Blurry absolute nonsense.

Proof address and payments don’t even give a reason just repeat the same request for the documents.

I have fully verified at many many casino sites with no issues. These are scammers.

I have a slight hope it’s a delay tactic rather a stone wall until you loose.

That last email acknowledging you have pending earnings could be important evidence. Also, keep all withdrawal rejections and their dates. And asking you to speak with security while they keep your account blocked doesn't make much sense.

Exactly the same for me! Took forever to get to the last piece of ID to be approved. Which is selfie with ID. They must have at least 25 different selfies with ID. 72 hours per withdrawal and make you wait 24 hours to withdraw another £500. It’s definitely a scam. Unfortunately for me, I deposited significantly more. 😔

Only yesterday did I receive another email from the ‘support’ stating my account was blocked and that I can only receive any funds via ‘security’. I do not receive any email from security at all now. I have probably 100+ screenshots of all emails, withdrawal attempts, ID requests, being rushed off chat etc. I foreseen this quite quickly as the verification loop seemed odd, given everything I had was legitimate and simple ID. I doubt I’ll get anything now. I just want others to know!!

Honestly, I understand the step you took; it makes sense from where you stand. In my opinion, chargebacks are perhaps a very specific course of action for players from certain countries, including the UK. I guess the approach is a bit different; problems arise when dealing with offshore casinos where the rules and the overall approach are incomparable to UKGC-licensed casinos. Not sure if this makes sense; I'm just so sad to see that we could not step in just because the bank was involved earlier.

It's disappointing, and I feel you. From my observation from this forum, sometimes and for many players, getting quite regularly winning is the easiest part and getting the money takes its time.

No wonder gambling loses its shiny spell when positive feelings we get from winnings are in contrast with the withdrawals or limiting bonuses and unclear rules.... Yeah, got it.

I appreciate your openness and wish you only the best!

I understand what you are saying. Thanks for sharing. I bet it's really obvious from where you stand. Because if I got it correctly, are you saying that the KYC is still unfinished and the money is unpaid? Would you consider filing a complaint against casinos that are making this difficult for you? We are not particurarly quick on our feet but if the casino needs more than 14 days to verify the account and pay the winnings, our mediators accept complaints and investigate.

It's merely an idea.

The process at all of these casinos under Win Top Ltd are as follows.

Max daily withdrawal £500.

Allow deposits.

Allow the first withdrawal and very quickly process Identity verification.

Any additional withdrawals sit for 72 hours before being rejected. I had three £500 stacked. You get an email saying "we just need to do a few quick checks".

Selfie with the previously submitted identify document.

Proof of Address

Proof of payment and withdrawal method.

All pretty standard KYC which I have completed many many times with no issues.

They only review the documents IF you submit a new withdrawal.

They are then only reviewed after 72 hours at which point the documents and withdrawals are all rejected for nonsensical reasons.

Selfie - blurry, then not all information visible, then back of the ID (which they don’t actually ask for)

Proof of address - Don’t even know why this is rejected. PDF document of a credit card statement showing my name address and dated this week. A document they state they accept.

Proof Payment - No reason provided for rejection. A PDF bank statement was provided which showed everything.

Every 72 they reject the documents, your withdrawals are cancelled your back to square one.

I have read multiple accounts from players on this forum all experiencing the exact same loop. One guy has been going round for months. I personally have been doing it for 3 weeks in giving up.

All accounts are either stuck in the loop or have got so fed up played the funds down.

I am lucky in that even without they payment I am still £150 net profit but I’ve accepted ill never see that money.

This is fair warning to avoid all casinos from Win Top Ltd. Not all the below domains are currently in use but the ones that are live are carbon copies (different themes) copied policies/TOS, support etc

duffspin.com, zombillion.com, garrisonbet.com, unlimluck.com, spinathlon.com, daytonaspin.com, bananzia.com, luckycrew.com, hahaspin.com, spinpolo.com, winwinter.com, heavybet.com, woolbet.com, kentastic.com, spinformula.com, nightluck.com, villaspin.com, betmica.com, rarawin.com, tweedbet.com, wincleo.com, kingia.com, spartaza.com, sherluck.com, norsemania.com, dieselwin.com, spinbob.com, betarctica.com, mythoswin.com

I can’t see a casino guru review for Spartaza.com spartaza22.com or spartaza5.com which is the one I am on.

I would encourage a review so you can experience the Groundhog Day loop yourself.

Great response. Exactly my experience to a T. My issue is Kingia, or kingia77 specifically. Exactly the same process. Clear scam.
