How much money have you deposited for verification? I hope they close them all but our postal police (I'm Italian) can't do much, because these are a criminal organization and they continue to change their name and scam, their chats only respond with robots (pay attention, I respond immediately at any time) but always the same operator, "I understand your frustration" (classic phrase they say when you can't withdraw). They respond in the same way to everyone, I also had to deal with these fake casinos (but I repeat, I'm a former player (fortunately ex) and I immediately understood that it was a scam, remember that real casinos don't ask for money to verify the withdrawal but only documents, I'm sorry that they are ripping off so many people, they make everyone win easily, we delude ourselves and are happy with the winnings but then here comes the surprise (they don't pay) and they never will.

Hello, despite what some other user tried to explain earlier, as far as I investigated, there is nothing else you can do. That's the point of the scam; the only way around is not to fall for it.

You may try a chargeback if the payment processor allows that.

Hey. I recently saw an add that redirected me to an app ( Queen of fortune) now this app is obviously an online casino disguised as an app. Casino name is Helixbet. They actually promise you this..As a new player they give you a 2.500$ bonus that doesn't need wagering and you can withdraw right away with no other restrictions whatsoever but one. You have to make a deposit of 50$ or more to "verify" your account. So normally I asked online support like . . why do you need a deposit for verification...like. .I am more than willing to provide you any document you want ...it's just that it doesn't make sense to me that I will get verified through a deposit where none of my personal details are shown !. They said it's just policy . Still doesn't make sense to me tho. And it doesn't seem very profitable for them too. ( I can easily make the deposit and then withdraw the bonus plus my deposit and never go back again right ?)

Many reviews in Google play say thats a scam and if you make the verification deposit they ask you for more. But I don't know others say it's legit . What do you think I should do?

Regrettably, the scam remains unchanged. 🙁 There have never been any real winnings and the site has never meant to pay; they only collect fees. It is a pure scam. Read this thread; it is one group with the same methods.
