Here at Casino Guru, I filed a complaint, entering the casino name and Roostino's website. I also had to wait a long time; I wrote to them every day but always received the same answer. After a week, they finally paid me out. They demand that players adhere to their terms and conditions, but they don't follow them themselves. I've now closed my account there.

as you can see you made a withdrawal request a day before me and you received it so when will I get mine and I have now written to live support and I always got the same answer that the withdrawal will go out soon it just annoys me so much why do you have to lie about the withdrawal times and I hope I get 740 euros out of that confusing site

I filed a complaint but then decided I didn't need their help anymore. The casino paid me out. However, I did tell them I was filing a complaint with Casino Guru. Wait until Monday; it was the holidays and the weekend, so unfortunately nothing happens then, only on weekdays. I hope you get your money.
