Hello, has anyone played in the BETSLOTY casino? I have a bonus there, I don't know how to use it in any game, it doesn't activate and the chat hasn't responded to messages for 2 days

Frankly, we have not yet listed associated bonuses, so technically, it's a bit of a shadow zone. I'd like to mention that especially fresh casinos should focus on support, so I'm surprised to see the chat in such a condition.

Anyway, have you tried to read the bonus terms? Allowed or restricted games should be mentioned, so at least you should have a chance to find which games to play with that bonus. 🤔

Likewise, if the chat doesn't reply or no one even responds by email, I probably wouldn't have the best feeling about it. I wouldn't play unless I knew the terms and conditions because I feel it would cause more problems than it would benefit you. 

However, you also say that it can't be played on any of the games, which should be the casino's fault, as I don't know why this is happening.

So what are you going to do ? Do you think you will stay here if this is happening right from the start ? 

There is no way I could play there, I have no intention of paying a cent there and I advise everyone not to visit this suspicious casino.

I think I absolutely follow your position as I would definitely not play here at least with the bonus. I might even take a picture of these Terms and Conditions to see what would happen if I did try it and what the casino would tell me if I won from it. I don't know, I have a feeling I wouldn't be happy about that. 

So I guess it's time to find another one that has more information on their website. 👍☘️
