Hello,

I recently created a gaming account on Betsbunny. I accumulated approximately CA$1,070.08 in winnings. I attempted to withdraw CA$500, but I received a message stating that additional verification was required.

They asked me to provide:

A photo of myself holding my driver’s license

A photo of a receipt showing my phone number

I provided all requested documents as instructed.

On March 4th, when I logged into my account, I noticed that my balance had disappeared and only CA$20 remained. When I contacted customer support, they told me I would receive a message from the payments department.

Shortly after, I received the following email stating that my withdrawal was canceled and that the full amount of CA$1,070.08 was removed from my balance due to an alleged breach of their Terms & Conditions (Clause 12.10), mentioning possible VPN use, forged documents, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.

I strongly deny all of these accusations.

I did not:

Use a VPN

Submit forged documents

Commit any fraud

Engage in bonus abuse

Use multiple accounts

I fully complied with their verification request and provided legitimate documents. I have screenshots of my balance, withdrawal request, and all communication with their support team.

I believe this is unfair and I feel that my winnings have been confiscated without valid proof or proper investigation.

I am requesting a full review of my case and assistance in recovering my winnings.

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards,

Mohamed Maiga

Same experience as Momohard.

The exact same process happened to me step by step. It's a copy, only the amounts are different.

Who is doing something practical and concrete about this? Who is proactively advocating for the interests of the consumer? I hope these fraudulent activities don't end up in a drawer. Please respond to my cry for help.

The site is fraudulent. I don't know who will help us. The site was recommended to me on AskGambler, but it's a complete scam and nobody is helping us.

Unfortunately, as you can see, this casino has a very low safety index, and there is really a small chance they pay their players.

Such casinos don't even communicate with us, and therefore we are unable to help our users, which is really frustrating, for sure.

For example, have you ever withdrawn from there before?

Unfortunately, we can only inform and warn our users whenever a casino is no good by displaying the low safety index. This casino is on 1.5, and that is no good whatsoever.

Also, we as mediators are unable to help our users if a casino is not willing to communicate with us. This is exactly the kind of casino, unfortunately, so our hands are really tied here.

I can't get rid of the promotional messages even though I've removed them from my account and told the chat not to send them, but I still get several messages a day. I can't close my account either!

Hm, I had a look at this casino, and to be honest, I'm not sure what else I could recommend.

If the casino refuses to close your account, ignores your requests, or simply doesn't respond, you can certainly open a complaint with us. However, I also want to be realistic and mention that there is a possibility the casino may not respond to us either, meaning your account could remain open despite our efforts.

I also noticed that the casino has quite a few warnings in our review, so unfortunately, this kind of behavior isn't entirely surprising.

As for the promotional messages, is there any way you could block them on your end? For example, if they're coming by SMS, you could block the phone number, or if they're sent by email, you could block the sender or set up a filter so the messages go straight to spam. That won't solve the underlying issue, but it may at least stop the constant notifications while you're trying to get the account closed.
