BetRunner Casino blocked my account and confiscated all my money. I contacted their support many times - but I always get the same answer from them that I violated their rules https://www.betrunner.com/terms , but they don't say what exactly.

I had one account at Betrunner Casino, I didn't use VPN, they accept players from Ukraine.

They are behaving like scammers!

Hello, it's always a shame if the casino doesn't tell you what happened because we can only guess. Didn't they tell you anything at least in general terms that you might have violated? 

I saw that you had a complaint rejected with us about this casino and therefore we did not know how to help you in this situation, which is unfortunate. 

They always answer the same thing - that I broke their rules, but they don’t say what exactly! (as if they themselves don’t know what to answer).

That wouldn't be enough for me I guess.

Pretty sad we couldn't help with the complaint because now I think we will never know why it was the case. 😕

So approve my complaint - so that we can figure everything out, because they won’t contact me and I don’t know what to do, how to influence this situation!

As I said it won't be possible because we don't have enough insight into this situation as it relates to sports betting. We are not dealing with such cases yet.
