I spent over an hour in the live chat again, and they kept telling me to enter a different IBAN, which I'd already done twice. They also said I had to withdraw using crypto. I don't have any other accounts. So I simply entered my credit card's IBAN, and the withdrawal was accepted; it said it was successful. Now I'm curious to see if I'll actually receive the money in my account.

Yes, I'm also offered other methods, but that's precisely the point. I always deposit at all casinos using bank transfer, and before I do, I always check if they offer bank transfer as a withdrawal method, which they do. That's why I wasn't worried. They're ignoring all my emails, great support. And my withdrawal isn't being processed either. That says it all about this casino.

My withdrawal was rejected without explanation. No email, no notification in my account.

Since filing this complaint, I haven't heard anything from Casino Guru. I've now done my own research, sought help elsewhere, and solved my problem. I was truly forced to open a crypto account; otherwise, I would never have seen my money. I just find it regrettable that Casino Guru supports this type of casino.
