Hello. Do you mean your withdrawal is marked as completed or successful, but the money hasn’t arrived yet? Or have you just submitted the withdrawal request and are waiting for it to be processed?

I’m asking because, in the first case, the payment may already be on its way, although the status alone doesn’t confirm that. In the second case, there are possibly still more steps to complete.
