Hello Guru, this is a casino without any character, eager to impose its truths without giving any chance to listen to its users. I made a bet on the Monday sports promotion that says that if you lose the bet you will receive a free bet worth 50 reais (https://www.betfinal.com/pt/promotion/4/sports-monday- live-madness-10-live-risk-free).

Well, I placed my bet and lost, so I would be entitled to a bet of the same value as a free bet and behold, they send me an email after requesting a free bet in the chat that I was not eligible for the bet because I would have made a previous bet on the wrong game . 2 - The free bet must be placed on the mentioned leagues

I believed in the second hypothesis when I read the terms and the idea that the qualifying bet would have to be on the leagues mentioned in item 6 didn't even cross my mind.

I think it's really clear: you place the bet on the qualifying league and it loses, so you contact support and give them the bet ID and they credit you a free bet and that free bet has to be used in the qualifying leagues, that's exactly what the items say, I don't know where the confusion truly is

1 - only the qualifying bet

2- only bet with refund money

3- the two possibilities together

This proves that the item is poorly written and sounds funny. Funny, very funny!!!
