Good afternoon, I received an email a few days ago from betclic saying that they are going to close my account permanently as of March 9th, if I have a balance that )

(which is not the case) for me to withdraw by that date. My question is this: I've been trying to contact them by email to find out why they're closing my account, and above all how the situation is regarding two multiple bets whose outcome I won't know until May/June, in the event that they win. I've been waiting for an answer for a few days now, and nothing from betclic... but nothing, and the service via chat leaves a lot to be desired...
